JSS Academy of higher education and research (JSS AHER) has a department called the Training And placement cell.It improves the student's employment search in the life sciences sector. About 75% of students choose to participate and many of them are hired by the top pharmaceutical ayurveda biotech company and the hospital nationwide. One of the main advantages for the life science industry is that JSS AHER'S College are Also certified And it is part of NAAC accredited institution. The training and placement office provides hands- on training and job opportunities for students in management, life science, pharmacy, medical, dental and biomedical sciences. The office has collaborated with industries not only for the hiring but also for the exchange program between Academia and industry since 2014. The office has been led by the deputy director. They coordinate meetings with the college three times a year to understand the student employment needs and the project requirement. The training and placement office reports to the Vice chancellor of JSS AHER. Each college coordinator gathers the data from the student who are interested in the career in life sciences, hospital administration, and for pharmaceutical health science
