Admission: The faculty has both helpful and not-so-helpful members. Most of them are really smart and know their stuff. The course is kinda relevant. Some semester exams are tough since it's all new to you. Pass rates depend on the course and how hard the exam is.
Placement: I'm in my second year at TIET studying B.Tech in computer engineering. The placement scene for computer branches is pretty good. Some companies give nice job offers, but you need a high CGPA because there are a lot of students in this branch. JP Morgan is one of the top recruiters. The average package is about 10 lakhs, but the highest amount changes every year. The lowest package usually falls between 3 to 4 lakhs.
Campus: The campus has super-fast Wi-Fi everywhere. Labs in every department are well-equipped. Computer labs have all the latest software and hardware for hands-on learning. Classrooms have cool stuff like projectors and mics. The library at TIET, called Nava Nalanda, is amazing. It's a 4-floor library full of books for studying, research, and group work. Hostels are clean and rooms are big. The food in the mess is good quality. Plus, the evening and night canteens have lots of choices. The medical facilities are good, with ambulances always on time and the dispensary open 24/7. There's a sports complex with an indoor badminton court and everything else needed for sports and teamwork.
