Lovely Professional University Important Residential Guidelines

Duration of Stay: The accommodation is primarily allotted for one academic session of approximately 10 months excluding vacations. Students may request a 12-month stay at extra cost, which requires relocating rooms or buildings during vacations.

Short-term Stays: Semester-wise or term-based accommodation (including vacations) is considered only in cases such as new admissions to programs of up to 5 months duration (e.g., English Language Programs, part-time candidates).

Electrical Appliances Allowed: Students may keep electric kettles, irons, laptops, mobile chargers, shaving kits, trimmers, hair straighteners, and hair dryers. Additional electricity costs for these devices are charged separately. In apartment rooms with pantry facilities, use of an induction plate is also permitted.

Restrictions: Use of LPG, kerosene, or other fuels/gases inside hostels is strictly prohibited to ensure safety.

Sports Facilities: Students using the indoor stadium must bring their own consumables and sports equipment, such as swimming costumes, rackets, pistols, etc.

Bedding Kit: If a student requires a kit containing a bed sheet and pillow cover, an additional charge of INR 3000 applies.
