Maratha Mandal Engineering College - MMEC

Admission: The teachers here are really experienced and they give us a lot of knowledge. The quality of teaching is great and the atmosphere is good too. About 80% of the faculty members are really good. We also get a lot of exposure to the industry, which is super helpful for our courses.

Placement: This year, 4 students from the auto mobile engineering department got selected for jobs. That's like 20% of the students! Companies like Wipro, Tata Motors, Aqus, Shantala Industry, Siemens, Infosys, and more came for placements offering 20000 to 30000. It's important to focus on studies for better knowledge and job opportunities.

Campus: The Wi-Fi works well, labs are nice, classrooms have good facilities. There's medical help if you need it. Not many sports options, but the food in the canteen is good. The hostel is decent and everything is well-maintained. Good luck to all the new students!

Admission: The teachers at our college are a mix of good and really talented ones. They have good teaching methods, but we don't get much real-world experience. All the teachers are qualified, but their teaching only helps us to a certain extent. Overall, their teaching quality is okay.

Placement: Our college doesn't help us with job placements. No companies come to hire us. They didn't prepare us for interviews. There's a placement department, but they don't do much. We had to look for training and interviews on our own outside of college.

Campus: The college has decent infrastructure overall. Classrooms are equipped with benches, but labs could use some more equipment. It's a bit tough to do practicals without proper tools. The hostel is nice and has Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, there are no external sports events. The canteen could be better though.

Admission: The hands-on experience in the industry is great because we get to go on lots of trips to different companies, both nearby and in other states. The Mechanical Engineering teachers are top-notch, except for a couple who are okay. Also, our classrooms have smart boards with projectors which are super helpful.

Placement: Placements on campus aren't great, but seniors got jobs in big industries along the Kolhapur-Hubli Industrial Corridor. Not many mechanical engineering companies come here. But computer science and electronics companies come often and pay well for the area. Lately, Tech Mahindra and Cognizant came to hire students.

Campus: The college has 3 buildings. One is a new office building with a library, college office, gym (coming soon), and cafeteria. The other buildings are for ECE-CSE and ME and applied science. The ECE building has a games room and a seminar hall for 150 students. All labs have the latest computers and equipment. There's a big playground for cricket, hockey, and football, plus a separate area for basketball and volleyball. There are separate hostels for UG and PG students. The PG hostel is nicer and has a medical room. The campus has Wi-Fi, but hostel Wi-Fi is only on from 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Mechanical workshops are in a different building.

Admission: The faculty here is super cool! They're all professional during class but really friendly outside. You can always get help whenever you need it. The course is great, with lots of real-life examples that make it interesting. It's awesome to have such student-friendly professors!

Placement: Before 2016, not many students got jobs from our college. But starting in 2017, things changed. Now we have great job options and chances to see how things work in the real world through internships and visits to companies. The future looks bright for students at MMEC.

Campus: The campus at MMEC is huge and located on NH-4. They recently built a new office building that looks cool and has enough space for everyone to work comfortably. This building also has a big library and an auditorium that's still being built. The classrooms, toilets, and staff rooms in the other buildings are spacious too. MMEC also has a big boys' hostel, staff quarters, cafeteria, and mess. They're even working on an open auditorium on campus. Plus, there's a big ground for football, a basketball court, a garden, and open space where they can add more stuff in the future. It's a nice place with lots of room for activities!

Admission: The teachers here are really nice and friendly. They're always there to help us out with everything. They use videos and stuff to teach us, which is cool. It helps us understand the lessons better. I feel like I can always ask them for help when I need it.

Placement: Our college had great placements last time. About 150 students got jobs from here. Local companies came to our campus for hiring, which was awesome. I really enjoy going to campus.

Campus: The Wi-Fi used to be better, but now everyone just uses Jio network. The labs are cool, but the library isn't great. They have a digital library too.

Admission: I heard from older students that the teaching here is really good. The faculty at our college is top-notch because it's a well-known college. It's approved by UGC and AICTE and is affiliated with a recognized university. The professors here are super qualified, so the teaching quality is really good.

Placement: I really like this college and my experience here has been great. They help us get jobs after graduation. They push us to do well in our classes and also work hard. Big companies like Infosys and HP hire students studying computer science and mechanical engineering.

Campus: Our college has everything we need water, playground, garden, classrooms, and a library. The accommodation is nice, and we have a canteen and mess. It's convenient being next to the highway. We also have cool practical labs like chemistry, computer, physics, and electronics. Overall, the college infrastructure is solid.
