Admission: The admission flow at Maulana Azad Medical College stayed efficient from counselling to physical verification and the staff helped during registration so finishing the steps was simple.

Academic: What makes MAMC stand out is the amazing course with proper preclinical learning using cadavers, slides, chemicals and lab tools, and in clinical years we have regular hospital rotations to learn patient examination and disease treatment, and the curriculum is well designed with semester and yearly exams along with class tests and end rotation exams.

Placement: Maulana Azad Medical College is one of India�s top MBBS colleges chosen by high-rank NEET students, with great faculty, affiliated hospitals like Lok Nayak and GB Pant, compulsory internship at Lok Nayak, and excellent NEET PG results.

Campus: Hostels are separate for boys and girls and have all basic facilities like a mess, reading room, TV room and courts for basketball and badminton, the boys hostel has a canteen too, cleanliness is not perfect but manageable, girls have a strict curfew till third year and cannot enter or leave after 11 PM, the central library lets us issue books and journals, there is a study room above the library and since there is no WiFi students arrange their own connections.

Admission: The admission steps at Maulana Azad Medical College moved quite smoothly for me as the merit list, counselling, and final registration were all explained clearly and the staff helped during the long verification.

Academic: Teachers here are mostly really good but a few are not great at teaching because someone can be a brilliant doctor or researcher yet not the best teacher, still most professors are very good and many have done lots of research papers.

Placement: Although the MBBS course doesn�t have placements like other fields, we still get a stipend of around 28,000 rupees, and later for PG you can earn about 1.2 LPA depending on how hard you work since your rank decides your branch.

Campus: Sports facilities here are pretty decent, not amazing like some other colleges but good enough, and hostel rooms depend a lot on how you maintain them, while the hostels are not very fancy though the bathrooms stay hygienic so I would give the hostels a 3 star rating overall.

Admission: After seeing my name on the list the rest of the admission journey was calm since online forms were easy and verification went quickly while the orientation settled most doubts.

Academic: Most teachers here are very knowledgeable and highly qualified, super helpful, teaching us practical knowledge and clinical skills and even helping with research, and the curriculum matches MBBS well with focus on practicals, while semester exams can feel tough and stressful but this is common in all medical colleges.

Placement: After finishing the 4.5-year MBBS course at our medical college, a compulsory one-year internship happens inside the college hospital itself where we learn all the practical medical work, so placements like other courses aren�t part of the system.

Campus: Infrastructure in our college is pretty nice and the campus environment feels healthy, lecture theatres are well equipped with full air conditioning, the library has a central hall and stays open 24 7, but being one of the oldest buildings the latest books are not always available, and hostels are separate for boys and girls where the boys hostel stays open all day but the girls hostel has time limits and old buildings with hygiene issues sometimes.

Admission: My NEET rank finally got me in and though MCC rounds took some time the staff at the verification desk remained patient which made the whole registratoin smoother.

Academic: Faculty in our college are very knowledgeable and experienced and help us learn patient first thinking which is important, and exams are easy if you attend classes regularly since you need 50 percent marks to pass.

Placement: This being a medical college, internships happen at major hospitals like Lok Nayak, Guru Nanak Eye Center, GB Pant, and Sushrut Trauma Center, and after NEET PG our students get into great institutes like AIIMS, PGI, and MAMC, with some going to the UK and USA.

Campus: First thing is that there is no WiFi here which is disappointing, and even though lecture theatres are world class they do not have enough seats for all 250 students, but the hospital is well equipped with elevators, AC and proper hygiene.

Admission: From the merit list till registration everything at MAMC seemed organised and even though counselling took time the verification staff were helpful and the orientation made joining simpler.

Academic: Everything I have seen shows that all teachers at MAMC are really good and certified, experts in their subjects, and they push us to master things properly, and as a medical student I understand everything they teach, but passing exams here is not easy and needs a lot of hard work if you want to become a good doctor.

Placement: Getting into MAMC Delhi is extremely tough since only 250 out of 2.5 million NEET UG students get admission, placements are very good because hospitals prefer MAMC graduates, the average earnings after MBBS are around 80,000, and every student must complete a one-year internship as part of the CBME curriculum.

Campus: MAMC is a really old and established college that has top notch infrastructure with full AC everywhere like the library, classrooms and labs, even offices have AC, the library stays open all the time with tons of books and the college has all kinds of sports though the IG hostels are a bit old.

Academic: Hospital exposure here is amazing because it boosts our understanding of health, life and society, and teachers do great with academics, and since MBBS is competency based now passing is not tough if you study daily.

Campus: Renovation has improved the college since new lecture theaters were built and older ones upgraded, some main buildings are very old but they are being updated, and we have library facilities, WiFi connection and hostel upgrades happening regularly.

Academic: Passing here needs 50 percent marks and 75 percent attendance is compulsory, and teachers are among the best in the country, super qualified, and the subjects we study are relevant for health needs today.

Placement: Almost everyone from our batch clears NEET PG and gets into postgraduate courses, many later join top multispecialty hospitals, and some even work abroad in countries like the US and UK.

Campus: Campus infra is alright but not very special, some hostel buildings are old and there is no WiFi for students, though labs and classrooms are fully air conditioned and hostel food is okay but gets boring, but the hostel does have badminton and basketball courts.

Academic: Many teachers at our college are really smart and know a lot, with many having done their UG here at MAMC, and only good experienced professors teach us, giving great advice, while our syllabus comes from NMC and Delhi University so everything is relevant, and exams are not very difficult as most students clear finals easily and you need 50 percent in both theory and practical.

Placement: Just to clarify, MAMC isn�t an engineering college so there are no salary packages, but every single student gets a guaranteed internship at LNH Hospital after the final year with a monthly government stipend.

Campus: Even though our college is quite old, the buildings keep getting renovated with new tech and labs, the classrooms are well maintained and fully air conditioned, hostel space is not enough for all students right now but the government has announced a new hostel for 4000 students and doctors, and inside the hostel we have sports clubs, grounds, around 10 messes and canteens with decent food, plus the big LNH hospital and GB Plant are inside the campus.

Admission: For me admission remained simple once allotment came through as document checks were done quickly and the administrative team explained registration steps clearly.

Academic: Course curriculum feels tough in first and second year with many tests and tutorials, but third year is less hectic, and faculty members are very good and helpful with some famous professors too, and exams are hard if you dont study regularly.

Placement: Having the MAMC tag is a big advantage because admission requires a very high NEET-UG rank, our batch has 250 students, and after MBBS you can easily work as a junior resident or MO in private hospitals or prepare for NEET PG.

Campus: Hostels for boys, girls, nurses, interns, BDS students and PGs are available and the central library is huge with many books and journals, seven lecture theatres are modern with AC and latest tech, sports include a football ground, basketball and volleyball courts and even a swimming pool.
