MVJCE Scholarship Types

At MVJCE, we offer two main types of scholarships – one for undergraduate studies and another for postgraduate studies. The scholarships for undergraduate studies are awarded based on the student's performance in the K-CET examination (conducted by Karnataka Examination Authorities) or JEE Examination (conducted by National Testing Agency). For postgraduate studies, scholarships are awarded based on the PGCET examination (conducted by Karnataka Examination Authorities) or MAT/ CAT Examination.

MVJCE Application Process

Applying for our scholarships is a straightforward process. Scholars can send their applications via email to scholarship@mvjce.edu.in along with scanned copies of the necessary documents. Alternatively, they can send their applications by post, attaching copies of required documents.

MVJCE Eligibility and Scholarship Details

We have several eligibility criteria for our scholarships, which vary according to the quota, admission year, and student performance in various examinations. Below are the scholarship details and eligibility criteria for each category:

MVJCE Required Documents

To apply for our scholarships, students need to submit certain documents. For undergraduate students, these include Aadhaar card, K-CET/ JEE Mark card, 12th/ PUC Mark card, and 10th Mark card. For postgraduate students, required documents include the Aadhaar card, PGCET/ CAT/ MAT Scorecard, Undergraduate Mark card, 12th Mark card, and 10th Mark card.

MVJCE Scholarship Renewal

Our scholarships are applicable for one academic year only. To avail the scholarship for the next academic year, students should submit a renewal application form with the necessary documents two weeks before the odd semester commencement. Please note that only students who have availed of the scholarship in previous years are eligible for renewal. The renewal depends on meeting specific CGPA criteria, maintaining at least 85% attendance in all subjects, and having a clean disciplinary record.

MVJCE Terms and Conditions

While we strive to benefit as many scholars as possible through our scholarship schemes, we have certain Terms and Conditions that the candidates need to adhere to. Any failure to meet these conditions could result in the discontinuation of the scholarship, or even necessitate the return of the benefits availed.

MVJCE Selection Procedure

The selection procedure for our scholarships is thorough and fair. After submitting the application along with the requisite documents, the Scholarship Committee of MVJCE reviews the applications once every fortnight. The eligible students are then recommended to the management for the grant of a scholarship. The results are typically communicated within three days of the application process.
