Admission: The professors at this college are pretty helpful and easy to approach. They're always ready to lend a hand. In the ECE and EEE departments, some professors are known to be strict and can make things tough for students. We have a few tests like CT1, CT2, and end-semester exams. The end-semester exams count the most towards our grades. The CTs are not too bad, but the end-semester tests really check if we understand the concepts well and can apply them to solve problems.

Placement: The placements at this college are really good since it's a top NIT. It's noticeable that students in circuital branches tend to get higher packages compared to non-circuital branches. For my course, almost 98% of students got placed on campus and a few even got placed off-campus. The highest package offered is around 53 LPA, while the average package is about 23 LPA.

Campus: The campus has separate buildings for newbies and seniors. No Wi-Fi in lecture halls, but we've got lawns by the library. Labs are awesome, especially the computer ones with HP computers and fast internet. Hostels are okay, not super great. Food is decent, and they fix complaints fast. Once, first-years complained about the food, and in just 3 days, they changed caterers.

Admission: The teachers are really smart, with degrees from IITs and abroad, but sometimes they explain things in a confusing way. I end up learning more from YouTube videos. They stick to old methods that don't help much in the real world. Exams aren't too hard, but passing can be a challenge in certain branches due to tough competition.

Placement: I'm in the Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Department (MME) in my 1st year. Heard from older students that around 84% from the 2024 batch passed. The top package is 52.5 LPA, with an average of 10 LPA. Some folks went for MS, others did GATE and joined IITs. The lowest package is 6 LPA. Companies like Aricent, Ashok Leyland, Honeywell, PepsiCo, Volvo, Microsoft, and Wipro come for placements.

Campus: NIT Trichy is a great college with good infrastructure. The MME department has less space, and the Chemistry labs have fewer equipment. The library is awesome, but the mess food might take some getting used to. Don't expect home-cooked food in the hostels, but it's fine because there are different messes for North and South Indian students. Each sport has its own ground, and there's a free hospital on campus. Overall, it's a good place to study.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and they're always there to help out. The way they teach is top-notch. The course layout is super organized and gets us ready for the real world. Exams aren't too hard, and a week of studying before finals usually does the trick. Passing grades vary a bit, but most professors set it around 35%.

Placement: Most students in the mechanical engineering department at NIT Trichy find placements easily, around 90%. The highest salary you can get depends on your skills, but the average is about 12 lakh per annum. Big companies like Aricent, Ashok Leyland, Infosys, and others come for placements. Some students also get internships with Bajaj, DRDO, and ISRO, which is cool.

Campus: The labs and classrooms are great for our batch. The library is neat and easy to find books. The hostel has Wi-Fi, water coolers, an elevator, study tables, beds, and fans. Food is tasty and medical help is top-notch. There are lots of games and sports to join in with good grounds and facilities.

Admission: The teachers here are amazing! They know their stuff and the courses are up-to-date. It really prepares us for the real world. The exams can be tough, but it's all worth it. Almost everyone passes, around 99%. Plus, the teachers are always there to lend a hand.

Placement: I really like how our college helps us get good jobs. Big companies like Amazon, Google, Texas Instruments, NVIDIA, and Synopsys come here for placements and internships. It's tough because there's a lot of competition, but 90% of students in my course got internships. They usually pay around 20 LPA. The jobs they offer are cool, like web developer, full-stack developer, and electronics engineer.

Campus: The college has a great infrastructure. There's a big library and a cool AC room with computers for projects and studying. The sports facilities are awesome too, with indoor and outdoor options for different sports. The food in the mess is pretty good, and the hostels are better than average.

Admission: The professors all have Ph.D. degrees from IIT Madras or abroad. They're super helpful and always there to help with your studies and questions. If you need help with extracurricular stuff like hackathons, they've got your back. Plus, all the lectures are in English, so no worries for us North Indian students.

Placement: Almost all students got jobs after college, with an average salary of around 15 to 18 lakhs per year. Big companies like Google, Facebook, and Oracle hired students for tech jobs, while other top companies came for non-tech roles.

Campus: Our college in Trichy is huge, covering 800 acres. The research here is top-notch, just like in other colleges. The hostels all have quick Wi-Fi. There's a library, separate messes for North and South food, and a cool sports complex to enjoy.

Admission: The teachers here are pretty helpful if you put in the effort and stay focused. They know their stuff, but sometimes the teaching quality could be better. I think it's because some students aren't really into the subjects, so it's kinda hard for the teachers to stay motivated too.

Placement: I'm not sure about the exact numbers, but most students here get placed, maybe around 90%. The top salary offered was 53 lakhs, and the average was 27 lakhs. I'm not sure about the lowest salary, but it could be around 12-15 lakhs. All the major companies like Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and D.E. Shaw come for placements. Internship opportunities are also good, maybe around 30%-50%, but I don't know the exact percentages.

Campus: The campus has great Wi-Fi and labs, but the classrooms and some labs don't have AC. The facilities are okay overall, but the hostel needs improvement, especially the washrooms. Plus, there's no washing machine in the hostel.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and know their stuff because they've been teaching for a long time. The quality of teaching is great. Each semester, we have two smaller tests and one big final exam. The passing rate changes depending on how everyone does on average.

Placement: Almost all the Chemical Engineering students at NIT Tiruchirappalli got jobs. The highest salary is really good, around 60 LPA, while the lowest is 7-8 LPA. Google, Microsoft, Oracle, and other top companies hire B.Tech students from here.

Campus: The school has really good facilities for all the courses and departments, like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and the library. The hostel facilities are alright, not amazing but not terrible either. The food in the mess and canteen is okay. The medical facilities are also good.

Admission: The professors at NIT Trichy are really smart they studied at IITs. They know a lot and teach well. The course is made well for what companies need. Exams are not too hard, and what we learn in class is what's on the test.

Placement: Almost everyone in my college got a job last year, which is awesome. The top salary was 52 LPA in Metallurgy. Civil students got around 12 LPA on average. Big companies like Google and Microsoft come here for placements and internships. They offer cool jobs like data scientist and AI specialist.

Campus: The classrooms are in good shape and well-kept. Unfortunately, there's no Wi-Fi or air conditioning in there. The hostels are pretty old and not taken care of. But hey, at least the rooms have Wi-Fi, even if there's no AC. The food in the mess is leaning more towards South Indian, but it's actually pretty good quality overall.

Admission: The teachers here are awesome! They know their stuff and have lots of experience. The way they teach is top-notch. The course content is really practical and gets you ready for the job market. I especially liked learning about graphic design. The semester isn't too hard, and we have two each year. We have two tests in each semester, and they're not too easy, but not crazy hard either. You need a 40% to pass, which seems fair to me.

Placement: Most students from our college got jobs, about 90%. The best salary offered in NIT Trichy is 67 LPA. The lowest salary is 5 LPA, and the average is 12 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, and Google hire from our college. Around 60% of students in my course got internships. They offer good roles in building engineering for my course.

Campus: I really like the facilities at my college for my course. We have Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, and a canteen, which are all really convenient. The food in the mess is just okay, like in most colleges. I also appreciate that we have sports and games here, and they offer medical help too. The hostel rooms are clean and well-kept, which is great.

Admission: I found that some teachers were really helpful. The course prepared us well for the industry. The difficulty of the exams varied depending on the teachers. Some gave easy papers while others made it really tough. It was great to have teachers who supported our growth, although not all of them were as caring.

Placement: Around 45% of students get placed after college, while the rest continue with higher studies. The starting salary is between 5 to 6 LPA, but some students land jobs with packages as high as 20 LPA. Almost half of the students also manage to find internships. Most students opt for IT jobs instead of core positions because the required CGPA for core roles is quite high.

Campus: The facilities here are really good. Wi-Fi is in every room, so no more Wi-Fi issues. The hostel is nice, and the food in the mess is good. They focus a lot on sports and other activities. They also have events, guest lectures, and workshops.
