Admission: The teachers know their stuff, but they don't teach well. This course doesn't really prepare you for the real world you have to learn a lot on your own. The exams are tough, you need 60% to pass. Sometimes they give extra points for participation, which helps.

Placement: The highest salary was 60 lac, average was 20 lac, and the lowest was 8 lac. Some students got offers from FAANG companies. I'm not familiar with them though. Students worked on backend and AI development, and also did internships as web assistants. It's tough to get placed because of the high competition. I've seen students leave the placement office feeling disappointed. That's all I can say about it.

Campus: The libraries, labs, and classrooms are pretty good here. The benches are okay, but the labs sometimes have issues with the air conditioning. The washrooms in the hostel are clean, but they can get a bit stinky. The food in the hostel mess is not great, especially in H6 Hostel. The rooms are on the smaller side too. The canteen food is just average and not very tasty. On the bright side, the medical facilities and sports facilities are awesome. NIT Kurukshetra even has its own stadium and a big field for sports lovers. It's a great place for sports and games!

Admission: The professors at my college are really helpful and know their stuff. They have tons of experience, like over 30 years! The course work is practical and gets you ready for job placements. Passing the semester exams is doable. Just make sure to start studying for the midterms about 15 days before, and you'll do great.

Placement: In my program, half of the students already have jobs. There are companies coming to our campus for hiring. The highest salary offered in my program was 12 lakhs. Big companies in Civil engineering such as Samsung, L&T, Infosys, and some PSUs also come here to recruit.

Campus: The campus at my college is really nice. The hostels are kept well and the food in the mess is pretty good. We have LAN in the hostels too. The labs and classrooms are okay. The library has lots of books, and you can study in the CCN too. Overall, the campus facilities are great.

Admission: The semester has three exams. The mid-semester exams are worth 20 marks each. The final exam is worth 50 marks. Teachers also give 10 marks for classroom behavior. Each subject has practice exams that count towards the final grade. The faculty is great for all courses.

Placement: I studied civil engineering and about 23% of us found jobs in the public sector. The highest salary offered was 40 LPA and the lowest was 6 LPA. Nearly half of us landed internships and some even got roles as HR in companies. It's a good field to be in!

Campus: The college has really awesome facilities like a gym, swimming pool, library, and some lakes. The food is great, just like home. Plus, there are canteens open late at night for both boys and girls. There's a cool hotspot at the boys' hostel too!

Admission: The teachers here are really knowledgeable and helpful. They get what we need, but some of them don't always answer our questions and just go through the slides. Luckily, most teachers explain things well. The course is solid, and we learn practical stuff that's useful for real work. The exams are pretty challenging with two midterms and one final exam.

Placement: I'm studying Computer Science, and 60% of my classmates already have jobs. The job situation got better compared to last year. Our internship opportunities are even better, so things are looking up for next year. The best offer so far is from Google, while the lowest is from Infosys. On average, we're talking about 20 lakhs per year. To be honest, internships weren't great for us. Only a few classmates landed jobs at big companies, mostly girls who found opportunities off-campus. Most of the roles available were for software developers.

Campus: The hostels are pretty run-down, especially the washrooms. Most of them have issues, except for one with bad food and one with bad toilets. The LAN in hostels often doesn't work, but the campus Wi-Fi is fast. Classrooms are good, with working AC in the summer. The library and reading rooms are awesome. Girls have lots of sports facilities, but boys don't have much in the hostels. They can always head to the sports ground though.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful. They teach important subjects and provide PDFs. They take good care of us. The semester exams are not too hard, but the faculty is strict. About 40% of students pass. The first semester may feel random, but it gets better later on. The faculty members are nice and explain things well.

Placement: In my course, there are around 120 students split into 2 sections, each with 60 students. Last year, the highest package was 51 LPA, and the average package was 10 LPA. Companies like Samsung, Nokia, Wipro, Reliance, and Jio come to our college to hire ECE students. A lot of students from our course got internships. We also get opportunities for designing and testing roles.

Campus: The college has labs with at least 3 teachers for each one. They're clean and tidy. You can use Wi-Fi and LAN here. The library is good. The food is decent, not bad. The canteen is good too. There's a hospital nearby. And we also have sports and games to enjoy.

Admission: The senior teachers really know their stuff and they help us a lot. They're all super engaging. The teaching is good here at our college. The course content is spot on and it's put together by experienced faculty. It gives us a good understanding of our industry. We have exams three times a semester: mid-semester 1 and 2 (worth 15 marks each), practicals and teacher assessments (20 marks), and a final exam worth 50 marks. They're not too tough and you can pass by studying just half an hour a day. The questions come from our notes, so that's helpful. You need a 40% to pass in both internal and external exams.

Placement: Around 64% of us in civil engineering got placed, which is pretty good. The highest salary offered was 26.64 LPA, while the lowest was 3.36 LPA. Most of us landed jobs with companies like Accenture, Hero, and Infosys. Some of us even got internships at places like IBM and Wipro. The main job roles we got were in design, material testing, and quality control. Overall, the average package was around 7.88 LPA.

Campus: The facilities at our college are pretty good. Wi-Fi is available in certain areas like some departments. The classrooms are big enough for a good number of students. They're even putting air conditioning in all the classrooms. The library is decent too, with AC, fans, desert coolers, and fast Wi-Fi. The hostels have Wi-Fi and the food is not bad. We also have good medical services with ambulances. The canteen food is yummy and affordable. And there's a huge sports complex with a gym and lots of games to play.

Admission: The teaching is okay because most of the time you gotta learn on your own. Some teachers are great and know their stuff, but others don't really help with your questions. But I gotta say, the mechanical course is actually pretty good. The stuff we learn is useful and the exams are not too hard. It's a decent challenge, but most students manage to pass.

Placement: I studied Mechanical Engineering at NIT Kurukshetra. The placement rate used to be really good, with 86% of students getting placed. The average salary offered was around 9 LPA, with the lowest being 4 LPA and the highest at 18 LPA. Companies like Tata, Hero Motors, and Mahindra offered placements, along with some cool startup companies. Almost 80% of students got internships at places like Hero Motors. Most of the roles offered were in the core branch.

Campus: The Mechanical department is great here. The classrooms are nice with AC and good ventilation. Wi-Fi is available in the library, labs, and hostels all the time. The hostels are well-ventilated too. They have laundry, geysers in every wing, and canteens. The mess food is just okay, like in most hostels.

Admission: The teachers here are really good and know their stuff. They have a good connection with students. The course content is spot-on for B.Tech and getting ready for jobs. The exams can be tough, though. You need to show up to class a lot and there are a couple mid-terms and a final exam.

Placement: Most students get placed on campus, but some choose off-campus placements too. A lot of us study for the GATE exam and government exams. Big companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and Oracle come for recruitment. The highest salary offered in our course is around 52 LPA, with an average of 20 LPA. By the 6th semester, most of us have internships, but sometimes it happens in the 8th semester.

Campus: The college has good infrastructure for studying. Hostel has lanes available. WiFi is available in labs, classrooms, and the library. Posters are decent quality. There's a common room with games like carrom, table tennis, volleyball, and badminton. Food is okay, but there's no non-veg due to local rules. The college provides good medical care round the clock.

Admission: Our college only has one teacher, V.P. Singh, who will be our director soon. He guides us and sets rules like only accepting the first five homework submissions. For exams, we have mid-semester tests every month, and we have two mid-sems.

Placement: The placements are decent, but some companies offer only around 4 LPA because it's a non-profit field. Last year, only 64% of students got placed. The highest package is 40 LPA, which isn't great, and the lowest is 3.2 LPA. Every year, fewer companies come for placements and offer fewer opportunities.

Campus: The college keeps adding more courses every year, but some classes don't have enough teachers. The buildings are old and haven't been updated in ages. The hostel conditions are terrible with no cleanliness or hygiene.

Admission: Subjects are split into different semesters based on how hard they are. There are 5 main subjects and 1 elective, but in the 1st year, everyone takes the same subjects. The teachers are really good they're professors, assistant professors, and M.Tech students. They support you all the way from classes to getting a job. The college gives you everything you need to be ready for working in the industry. Exams happen 2 times during the semester, each worth 15-20 marks, and at the end of the semester, there's a big exam worth 50 marks. The exams are kinda average in terms of difficulty. You can definitely get good grades if you put in the effort.

Placement: I'm studying computer engineering and I'm currently in my third year at college until 2026. Placement opportunities start at the end of the third year. Around 80% of students from my course have landed jobs in companies like Accenture, Airtel, Microsoft, and Hero. The highest salary offered changes every year, and last year it was 64 LPA. On average, students in my course earn about 15-16 LPA. The common roles offered are SDE, web developer, analyst, and researcher. Internships usually start towards the end of the second year.

Campus: The college has awesome infrastructure with 10 hostels for boys and 4 for girls. Everywhere you look, there are trees and greenery. They have a library that's open 24/7, but it's not for girls who have to be back in the hostel by 8:00 PM. The classrooms are great too, with AC, fans, projectors, whiteboards, and comfy seating. They've got free Wi-Fi and LAN for students. The food in the hostels can be hit or miss, depending on the staff. It usually sticks to the menu, so overall, the food is decent, but sometimes it's really good.
