Admission: Progress through admission stayed steady. Merit list declaration was timely, counselling guidance was clear, and registration finished without confusion.

Academic: The course curriculum at our college is good, it matches what the industry needs now and helps get us ready for jobs. Our faculty members are super experienced and they have a lot of knowledge about everything. They are always very helpful and guide us well. Semester exams are usually moderate, not too hard and not too easy, so it's quite possible to score well in them.

Placement: What I like most about this college is the placements. They are good here. Around 80-90% of students actually get picked by companies. Someone even got a package of more than 40 LPA, which is super high, you know. Big companies like Google, Capgemini, Wipro, and Infosys come for hiring. The only thing that needs work is the college management; it's not always the best.

Campus: The college campus is quite big, spreading across 23 acres. Students here get free Wi-Fi, access to labs, and a good library. What's also great are the hostel facilities, which are very nice, and the mess food seriously feels like home food.

Admission: Overall journey at Nitte University felt structured. Application, counselling, verification, and orientation followed a clear flow with no major issues.

Academic: What I like about this college is the course curriculum, it's just superb. Our teachers are also very good, they are well-qualified and know a lot. They have quite a lot of experience and teach us so well. If we have any doubts, they always clear them. Plus, they are very friendly and helpful. The only thing is semester exams are quite difficult, and around 72% students pass them.

Placement: Most of my batchmates, like 88% of us, got placed from our course. Big companies such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Infosys usually come to our college to hire students. The highest salary package was 10 LPA, and the lowest one was 3 LPA. Many got good roles like operation manager and business development manager. Also, around 65% of the students got internships.

Campus: The campus here has good facilities and infrastructure, which is a plus point. Our classrooms are kept neat, and the benches are super comfy. We have well-equipped labs and a library that's always open for us. Plus, there's fast Wi-Fi internet connectivity everywhere. The hostel facilities are also good, and they make lots of popular dishes for us. If you need any medical help, those facilities are good, and for sports, we have good options too.

Academic: The curriculum here is relevant and they keep updating it with the newest industry trends, especially in new technologies. This helps us get skills useful for internships and placements. Our teachers in the department are very helpful, qualified, and they know their subjects well. They teach us both the theory and practical parts, which makes the classes interesting. Exams for each semester are not too tough if you prepare properly, and students usually do well. Also, the pass percentage is quite good, and our internal assessments also help us improve our scores.

Placement: For our course, the placements are actually quite good. Around 80-85% of students got placed in the last year. The highest salary someone got was 24 LPA, with the average being around 6 to 7 LPA, and the lowest was 3.5 LPA. Many big companies came for recruitment like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, and even some product companies like Microsoft and Bosch. Also, almost 70% of students got internships in good places like IBM, Cognizant, and Tech Mahindra. People mainly got roles as software engineers, data analysts, associate consultants, and developers.

Campus: From my experience, our college has pretty good facilities, both for academics and the hostel. You get spacious classrooms with smart boards, and labs are well-maintained with high-speed internet and updated software for practical learning. Wi-Fi is available across the whole campus, even in the hostel. Our library has tons of books and digital resources too. For health, medical facilities are there on campus, including emergency support. They also have good sports facilities for both indoor and outdoor games, which is great for extracurriculars. The food in the mess and canteen is just average, but at least it's clean and offers many choices.

Admission: Entry into NITTE moved efficiently. Online registration worked well, verification during counselling was handled quickly, and staff support made the transition after the merit list easy.

Academic: At NMIT, the teachers are super qualified, many even have PhDs, and they know their stuff well. They always help students a lot too. Our college is autonomous, which means they can change the curriculum often to match what the IT industry needs, like including topics such as Big Data and IoT. The course is made to get us ready for jobs, and mandatory internships are part of it. While the final exams can be tough, a lot of students successfully pass their courses here.

Placement: Regarding placement, the salaries were quite varied here. The top package was 7 LPA, with the lowest being 4 LPA, and most people got an average salary of 5 to 6.5 LPA. Big companies like Qcrete Readymix, Agrima Roofing, and Tata Steel came for recruitment. Also, a good number of students, like 30 to 50 percent, got internships with famous companies such as Coca Cola and Puravankara. The main roles offered were in project management, design, and testing.

Campus: What I don't like about NMIT is the internet. The college Wi-Fi is very poor, and the mobile network is even worse. Because of this, we often can't send messages or get important OTPs, which is super annoying. But apart from that, the labs here are good, with new computers that run very smoothly.

Placement: My college, NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology (NMIT), has impressive placements. Around 94% of students from the 2024 batch found jobs, which is great. The highest salary someone got was 47 LPA, and on average, students get about 6.06 LPA. For popular branches like CSE and ISE, the average package is even better, usually 7 to 8 LPA. Big companies such as Amazon, Microsoft, Deloitte, and Infosys come here to hire. About 30% of students also manage to get internships, and some even get paid up to 1 lakh per month by companies like Dell, TCS, and Wipro. We usually get roles like software developer, data scientist, or AI/ML engineer. The college provides good training support, especially for tech fields. Overall, if you are looking for an engineering college in Bangalore, NMIT is a very good choice.

Campus: In my experience at NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology, everything is set up well for students. The campus has super fast Wi-Fi and all classrooms are smart ones. We have advanced labs for new tech like AI and ML, plus for all our core engineering subjects. The library is also great, full of books, journals, and online materials. Our hostels are very clean and safe, they come with Wi-Fi, laundry service, and places to relax. For food, the mess serves hygienic South Indian meals, and the canteen has lots of snacks and North Indian food options. If you get sick, there are medical facilities on campus with emergency help. Also, for sports, we have good grounds for cricket, football, basketball, and many indoor games. Basically, the college makes sure we have a good balance of studies and life outside classes.

Academic: Our teachers are good, they are super qualified and know a lot about their subjects. We have a nice mix of experienced faculty and some freshers too. The course curriculum is very relevant, it makes total sense and helps us get ready for jobs in the industry. For our branch, the semester exams are usually on the easier side, like somewhere between easy and average, so not too tough to pass. The pass percentage for our branch is typically around 35% to 40%.

Placement: Our college has decent placements, with about 50% to 75% of students getting jobs. Top companies like Ultratech and L&T come here to recruit. Around 50-60% of students from our course actually got placed in these companies. The highest salary package went from 15 LPA up to 20 LPA, which is very good. The lowest was 3 LPA, and most people got an average package of 5 LPA to 6 LPA. They usually offer roles like construction engineer, project manager, and structure engineer.

Campus: NITTE supports sports and games, which is great. We also have very good medical help available. Our college has great infrastructure with well-equipped labs and machines, even if there is no civil department. The hostel facility is good but not super great. The food in the mess is good though, with lots of different varieties. Just be aware that the canteen food is quite expensive.

The course curriculum is mostly relevant, but some subjects feel like they are not needed.

Placement: In our course, almost 75% of students got good job placements. The highest salary someone got was 28 LPA, and the average package was 13 LPA, with the lowest being 4 to 5 LPA. Big companies like Intel and Qualcomm usually come here to hire us. Also, many students, about 60% to 75%, got internships at places like Qualcomm and Bosch India. Most common job roles students get are network engineer and VLSI design designer.

Campus: Our department has good infrastructure and classrooms with Wi-Fi easily available. The labs are also well-equipped and the library has many useful and new books. About food, the hostel mess food is just average, nothing too great. Also, the canteen food can be a bit expensive sometimes. But the medical facilities here are quite good and they give proper treatment. For sports and games, we have supportive coaches and trainers.

Admission: Joining NITTE felt organised from start to finish. The application was simple, counselling clarified doubts, verification was thorough yet quick, and orientation explained everything clearly.

Academic: Our teachers in the department are quite good, actually. They know a lot and are well-qualified for sure. Even if they are strict sometimes, they are still very helpful and kind to us. About studies, the first four semesters feel pretty easy, and the even-numbered ones among them are even more simple to pass.

Placement: When it comes to placements, I have seen many people getting good offers here. Some students even got packages of more than 30 LPA, which is definitely considered very good. However, this situation is not the same for every department, as placements can vary. Ultimately, it all boils down to your skills because you need the necessary skills to land those good jobs.

Campus: The hostels here have big rooms, which is quite good, and we get 24/7 Wi-Fi there. Inside the college, all our classrooms are smart classrooms, and the sanitation is well-maintained since everything gets cleaned daily. We also have a big football ground for sports. As for the mess food, they have made some improvements, but honestly, I still don't like it much.

Academic: Semester exams at our college are quite easy, and usually 70% of students pass them. Our teachers are qualified which is good. But honestly, the whole semester feels a bit boring. They have a very strict attendance policy too: if you miss just 2-3 classes and your attendance goes under 85%, they will cut 3 marks. And get this, even if you come to class, your marks only increase by 0.5%.

Placement: About placements here, around 70% of students usually get placed. The highest salary package reached 48 LPA, and the lowest was 6 LPA. Honestly, I don't have much idea about the internships part. Mostly, mass recruitment drives happen here, which makes the whole placement season quite lively. I feel like this placement percentage will definitely go up in the coming years, but it might be because of lower salary packages being offered then.

Campus: The campus here is pretty big, around 29 acres I think. We have 3 to 5 grounds, and there's a new football court too. Our college does quite well in sports, actually ranking 5th in VTU tournaments. Everyone gets to pick their own sport and improve their skills. But honestly, overall, the college is just average, not something I'd call good.

Students mostly get roles such as AI analyst and assistant engineer. Honestly, I don't have much idea about the internships offered.

Campus: At our institute, classrooms are pretty modern, with LED screens, projectors, and Wi-Fi too. For hostel students, they get all the amenities, but yeah, the food is something they have to compromise on. I'm a day scholar myself, but my friends living in the hostel often give mixed reviews about the overall hostel experience because of this food situation. On the good side, there's 24/7 medical support available for everyone.
