Admission: Securing my place at RMLNLU felt manageable since the CLAT counselling stages were clearly shown online and the document verification happened quickly with staff helping wherever needed, while the fee payment instructions were communicated properly.

Academic: In my experience, the teachers are super helpful and easy to approach. They always clear your doubts very easily. The teaching quality is quite good, with almost all teachers having a Ph.D. degree and even publishing their own books, especially on legal matters. As for the semester exams, they're generally easy to moderate. To pass, you need to score 40 percent out of 100.

Placement: Our college saw good placements in 2023; 102 students got placed, confirmed by NIRF data. All the big tier-1 law firms like Trilegal, Luthra and Luthra, and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas came for hiring. When you get a job, the lowest position you will be assigned is associate.

Campus: The college has proper facilities. All our classrooms are air-conditioned and have smart boards, which really helps with studies. We also get Wi-Fi and power 24/7, plus there are good libraries. For hostels, no AC is there, but we can easily use coolers, no issue.

Admission: My admission at RMLNLU moved smoothly after my CLAT rank because the counselling updates arrived on time, the merit list was easy to follow, and the document verification worked well with staff managing everything clearly, making registration and fee submission quite simple overall.

Academic: Our teachers at RML can be a bit lazy sometimes, which means classes get cancelled quite often. Because of this, students usually have to cover a lot of the syllabus by themselves. Even though this happens, the curriculum itself is really good and makes us ready for jobs. It's just that sometimes, like in the 10th semester, we only get 1-2 classes, and for the fees we pay, that doesn't feel right. Good thing is, the semester exams are not that tough, and about 98% of students usually clear them.

Placement: When it comes to placements, our college does quite well. For LL.M. programs, nearly 93% of students got placed, and for the LL.B. programme, it was around 85%. The highest salary someone got was 18 LPA, and the average salary was 7 LPA, which is decent. But we don't have any idea about the lowest salary offered. Top companies like Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and AZB and Partners recruit from here. Students mostly get roles like legal associate, legal manager, or legal office. There is no data available about internships though.

Campus: Our college campus is really beautiful, with classrooms that are super big. The library has AC and lots of law books for us. For sports, we have so many options: there's a football field, a tennis court, a basketball court, a volleyball court, and even a multipurpose hall for badminton, chess, and ludo. We also have an Olympic-sized swimming pool, with lifeguards and a coach always there. The food in our cafeteria is honestly way better than any other university, we get four meals a day, and during exam time, there's even a night mess. Plus, there's a dispensary and a canteen right on campus.

Admission: Entering RMLNLU turned out simple because the online registration worked without issues, the counselling dates were clearly shared, and the verification process had no major delays, with staff guiding efficiently during enrolment.

Academic: The teachers in our university are really qualified, you know. Many of them even studied in foreign colleges, which is cool. Some professors are so good that they have written lots of textbooks and other books. There's a good number of teachers for us students, like one teacher for every 30 students. This makes it easy to get help. Our teachers are super supportive too. You can go to them for any kind of help, like for studies or even if you have some other personal problem. They are always there.

Placement: The college ranking isn't really that great, to be honest. For placements, only around 20 to 30 students get a job through the college every year. But a lot of students get placed because of their earlier internships. They go do law internships, work hard there, and then often land a job. Also, a big chunk of students here are actually preparing for judicial and civil service exams.

Campus: From my experience at college, the infrastructure is really good, which I like a lot. We have some great sports facilities and a gym too. Also, the library here is said to be the best in all of UP. Talking about hostel food, it's decent, especially for the price they charge us. Usually, they serve vegetarian meals, but if you want non-veg, you can get it on certain days by paying a bit extra.

Admission: My admission at Dr Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University stayed mostly clear as every counselling round and document check was communicated properly through the portal, the registration moved quickly, and staff helped with fee-related questions until final onboarding.

Academic: My take on the college is that while some teachers are quite good, a significant chunk, maybe 30-40 percent, are not supportive at all and kinda pull the college down. I personally had a bad experience with some of them. Also, I feel the exam pattern they follow here is not good. Plus, these days, there is no uniform rule or attendance taken.

Placement: Coming to college was a pretty decent experience overall, even though I missed the first two years because I was from the COVID batch. The hostel environment here is very good and there are no strict restrictions inside the college hostel. Also, we had a great batch of students.

Campus: From my experience here, the college culture is getting worse as time goes on. Because of this, I actually don't think it will be among the top 10 law colleges in the future. Some teachers are very supportive and good, but around 25% of them really let down our college's reputation. Honestly, a lot of changes are seriously needed here to fix things.

Admission: Progressing through admission at RMLNLU became easier once the merit list appeared because the online counselling and seat allocation worked well, the document verification only required some patience, and the fee and orientation details came promptly.

Academic: The course curriculum here is actually pretty good, especially for people who want to prepare for government exams. Talking about teachers, some are super helpful and friendly, you can go to them for anything. But yeah, some others are not that good, either their knowledge is less or their teaching style isnt great. Also, the semester exams are very easy, like not much difficulty there.

Placement: Our college administration is not very good at bringing good companies for placements. Because of this, last year, only a small number of students got jobs, and the highest salary package was like 13 LPA only. If you want a job in networking, usually you have to use your own connections to get placed.

Campus: The college campus here is super beautiful, like a picture, and all the buildings are made really well for our studies. About the hostels, there are two big ones for boys and one for girls. Boys get their own single rooms starting from the second year, which is convenient. But yeah, the boys' mess food is pretty bad, Sharma ji always complains about it.

Admission: When I applied here, the RMLNLU process appeared very clear because the merit list, verification steps, and registration instructions were shared on time, and the counselling staff worked efficiently, making the entire joining process simple.

Academic: At RML, we have many teachers who are well qualified, but to be frank, only a few of them are really good at teaching. The good teachers know how to explain things well so students can understand the subject properly. Our college curriculum needs a big change. Some subjects are very big, but they are taught for only one semester, which is not enough time to truly understand them.

Placement: The placement rate at RMLNLU is quite low, to be honest. Our on-campus placements are not very good, actually, they are extremely poor. Only a handful of our seniors managed to get placed. What happened was, most of them got good jobs in law firms because of their own efforts and past internships. We do have a placement cell in college, but it only helps sometimes in getting good internships.

Campus: My take on RML is that it has really good infrastructure. You can find almost all facilities you need here. It's a great place if you love sports, and there are many different extracurricular activities to choose from. The hostels are quite good, and after your first year, you even get independent rooms. Just one thing, the food in the mess and canteen is pretty average.

Admission: Reaching RMLNLU felt a bit tiring since the first registration and verification steps took longer than expected and some counselling communication needed more clarity, though the support during orientation was good despite the earlier confusion.

Academic: In my college, the course curriculum is really good for what the industry wants, which helps a lot to get jobs. Speaking of teachers, some are quite good, but honestly, some others are not that great, especially with their teaching style. Passing exams here is also easy because the questions are mostly repetitive.

Placement: Talking about jobs after college, not many students get placed, only around 10 percent actually find a job. The companies that do come are good, like Khaitan and Tuli and Co. The highest salary someone got was 15 LPA, and the lowest was 8 LPA, usually for a Legal Associate position. Finding internships is also quite tough for most students here.

Campus: Our college campus has decent infrastructure. The classrooms are big and have smart teaching stuff. Also, the library and computer labs are really good with all the equipment. But hostel facilities are not that great. The rooms are old and need fixing, and the food in the mess is just terrible.

Admission: My selection at RMLNLU happened without trouble because the CLAT counselling portal was simple to use, the document checks finished quickly, and staff explained all doubts during registration, making provisional to final joining smooth.

Academic: Exams at our college are pretty good. The semester exams are always held properly, and what's also nice is that the exam difficulty changes as you move to higher semesters. Our teachers are super supportive and know a lot about their subjects. They also help students not just with studies but also with other activities.

Placement: From my experience here, our course has pretty good placements. The highest salary package offered was quite impressive, ranging from 16 LPA to 18 LPA. Even the lowest package given was 10 LPA, which is decent. Roughly 60% to 70% of the students in our course managed to get placed. Many of them even landed jobs at Power Grid.

Campus: What I like about this college is that it's seriously the best NLU. The infrastructure here is very good, and our campus is full of greenery. We have an awesome library too. In the hostel, Wi-Fi is available for everyone. For food, the girls' hostel has very good quality, but the boys' hostel food is just average. Plus, sports activities happen regularly on campus.
