Admission: In our class, there are about 60 students in each batch, and we have 2 batches together. So, roughly 120 of us share one classroom. Some teachers are awesome, while others just show up. We have quizzes, vivas, mid-semester exams, and end-semester exams every semester. Attendance rules are strict if you don't meet them, you can't take the exams. You need at least a 60% passing grade.

Placement: I'd say placements at our college are pretty decent. About 60% of students from our course got placed last year. We also get internships in our final year. The highest salary offered was 18 LPA with an average of 6 LPA. Companies like Interglobe Aviation and Being are the top recruiters.

Campus: The college has great facilities that students need. The libraries are big with lots of books. Labs are kept well. Hostels are cheap and safe. The food in the mess is tasty and there are canteens on campus. You can get medical help 24/7 on campus too.

Admission: The courses at MSRIT give a good start in engineering, but they're a bit old-fashioned. They cover the basics well, but if you want to learn more about AI and robots, you gotta go beyond the course material. The classes are okay for most students, nothing too special. The teachers know their stuff, but they're super busy and can't give you much one-on-one time. They teach in a traditional way, mostly theory, so you don't get to do hands-on stuff much.

Placement: I'm really impressed with the placements here. In the year 2023-24, 82% of students got placed, which is awesome. There were around 1,600 job offers! The Computer Science and Electrical branches have the best packages, and almost all students get placed. Plus, if you don't get placed on campus, the placement team helps you find off-campus opportunities. It's great to see so many options available for us!

Campus: The hostel situation is good here. There are more hostels for boys than girls. Rent ranges from Rs. 1.2-1.6 lakhs for boys and Rs. 70,000-80,000 for girls. The facilities like Wi-Fi, food, and laundry are nice. But there are some rules like curfew timings and no outside food allowed. Also, students from other hostels can't visit. Overall, the hostel vibe is pretty nice.

Admission: The teachers in our course were a mix of experienced academics and industry pros, which made classes really interesting. They used case studies, real projects, and simulations to help us learn. The exams during the semester were kinda tough, but they really helped us understand things practically.

Placement: I'm happy to say that most students in our college got great jobs after graduating. The highest salary was 15 LPA, while the lowest was 3 LPA. On average, students got 8 LPA. Big companies like Tata and Reliance came for placements.

Campus: The facilities in our course department are awesome! We've got cool classrooms, high-tech computer labs, and a library full of international business stuff. The hostel is great too cozy rooms, good Wi-Fi, and everything super clean. Love it here!

Admission: The teachers here are really knowledgeable, with most of them having PhDs and over 10 years of experience. They're also really helpful. The way they teach is awesome. The course content is top-notch, similar to what you'd find at top colleges. Tests aren't too hard; you can pass them with just a couple of nights of studying. You need 16 credits out of 40 to pass.

Placement: The college has a good placement rate of about 70%. The highest salary offered this year was 55 Lacs, but it was off-campus. For my course, CSE (AI/ML), the average placement is 15 Lacs. Oracle was the top company, offering a 35 Lacs package. Many students applied for internships outside of campus.

Campus: The campus has awesome facilities. The Wi-Fi speed is pretty good, around 100-120 Mbps. The libraries are cool with lots of books and a nice vibe. Classrooms are decent, with projectors and green boards. The labs are really good, with fast computers. Hostel rooms feel like hotel rooms. The food in the mess is okay, not amazing. The canteen is better than average. Medical facilities are excellent since we have a medical campus. Unfortunately, there aren't many sports and games facilities available.

Admission: The exams here are pretty strict with an 85% attendance rule, but the faculty members are amazing teachers. They're really skilled and always there to help us out with everything.

Placement: Placements started in 2023, and students are landing great internships with good pay. Many are working at NASA and abroad, earning higher salaries than expected. Unfortunately, CET students faced tough competition to get into the college.

Campus: The infrastructure here is really good, and there are lots of events in my first year. Students are super supportive of sports, workshops, events, and clubs way better than other colleges in Bengaluru. I hope it stays this awesome every year. The hostel fee varies based on what we pick. The facilities are top-notch, and the hostel fee depends on our choices.

Admission: The teachers here are really smart and know their stuff. A lot of them do research and have Ph.D.s. The class size is pretty big, about 36 students for every teacher. We have 2 CIE exams each semester plus a final exam. It's not too hard, but you gotta study regularly to do well.

Placement: I'm still in college, so I haven't got a job yet. But I can tell you about placements. On average, people get around 5.5 Lacs per year. The highest was 64 Lacs and the lowest was 2.4 Lacs. Overall, 76 percent of students get placed. Companies like Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Microsoft, Oracle, Asian Paints, Bosch, and Mercedes Benz hire from here.

Campus: I really like the college campus. It's nice and the atmosphere is chill. The campus is kinda small, but everything is well-built. They have all the facilities you need - library, lab, workshop, you name it. Also, there are hostels for both guys and girls. There are 4 boys' hostels and 2 girls' hostels. It's a pretty cool place overall.

Admission: The professors in the civil engineering department mostly have PhDs, so they know a lot and can help us learn more. But sometimes they are strict with grading and tend to deduct marks a lot. Even if we are just a few marks short, they still pass us. They also teach us about leadership skills, which is cool.

Placement: I noticed that our college focuses on skills for placements. There are lots of companies that come here to hire students. I'm in the civil engineering department. I recently got placed with a 17 LPA package, which was the highest offer from Amazon. I'm not sure about the lowest package though. It's cool to see so many students between 25-40 getting placed.

Campus: The lab has all the newest equipment, which is great. They give us 10 GB of data daily. The hostel isn't the best, but it's okay because we can stay off-campus. Just be careful not to break any equipment or they'll charge you for it.

Admission: The courses get more interesting in the second year. By the time you reach the fourth year, you feel ready for the industry. The assignments are pretty easy because students have already answered most of the questions. The teachers are experts in their subjects and make everything easy to understand. They help out a lot with placements too.

Placement: The college sets you up for jobs like data analyst, software engineer, ML engineer, and more. The highest salary offered is about 58 LPA, while the lowest is around 4-6 LPA. On average, most students get around 8-9 LPA. Top companies like Google, Oracle, and Apple come for placements. The college is really helpful in finding job opportunities and gives good guidance throughout the process.

Campus: The Wi-Fi is great in both the college and hostel. The place has good infrastructure overall. CS labs work well and are fully functional. The college supports us in lab work. The library is good and open on Sundays too. The labs are all connected and ready to use.

Admission: The teachers here are hit or miss. Some just read off the slides, but there are a few good ones too. A lot of us end up learning stuff from YouTube anyways. The CSE course curriculum is solid and helped with getting placements. Exams are not too hard; even average folks can score well. It's manageable.

Placement: In our course, most students get placed around 80-90%. The highest package so far is 38 LPA from Fivetran, and the lowest is from TCS. The average package is 8 LPA or more. Big companies like IBM, HPE, Schneider Electric, and Oracle hire from our college. About 80% of students land internships at places like IBM, HPE, and Fivetran, with many turning into full-time offers. The most common job role is Software Engineer.

Campus: The college spends a lot of money on infrastructure. They keep breaking things and building new stuff, even when it's not needed. Most of the money goes to the medical campus, not engineering. The labs are there, but Wi-Fi can be spotty sometimes. The food in the canteen is good. There aren't many medical facilities and support for sports is lacking.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful. They all have Ph.D. degrees and lots of experience. The curriculum is great for getting us ready for the industry. Exams are not too tough. Just gotta focus and study hard to do well. The passing rate is around 40%.

Placement: My college started offering aerospace engineering in 2024, so we're the first group. The average salary is around 6 LPA, and the highest is 18 LPA according to our lecturer. Since we're the first batch, none of us have been placed or got any internships yet. We'll have to wait and see how things go with internships and placements in the future.

Campus: I don't stay in the hostel, so I can't speak about that. The Wi-Fi here is great we get 11GB free every day for a year. We've used the chemistry lab, computer lab, and engineering drawing lab so far in the 1st semester. We'll check out the workshops and aerospace labs later. The classrooms and library are awesome too!
