The institute provides opportunities both to employing organisations and as well as young professionals aspirants. The large number of schools/ institutions visit the campus every year and recruit eligible students from the campus selection process.
The number of students placed through campus recruitment activity is increasing every year. In the last couple of years the institute is able to facilitate campus placement to its students though some of them prefer to go for higher education.
The organisations interested in recruiting teachers will have to write to the Principal by January every year and they will be communicated regarding the details of requirements and the dates of campus recruitment. The placement event will normally be held in the month of March/ April every year.

Every year, a number of reputed schools from across the country visit the institute and conduct on-campus tests/ interviews to select teachers from among the eligible students of the institute. The participating schools are expected to fulfil the minimum criteria of minimum salary for conducting campus selection in RIE, Bhubaneswar.
Campus selection
The institutions/ schools will hold campus selection in the institute for the current session. All the final year students of the institutes are invited to attend the campus selection interview along with their resume & relevant documents.
Educational qualification for Assistant professor
Walk-in-interviews will be conducted by the institute for the final year students. Below the eligibility criteria for assistant professor is listed:
- Good academic record defined by the University with at least 55% marks at the Master's Degree level in the concerned/ relevant subject from an Indian University.
- The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) in the relevant subject for lecturer/ assistant professor conducted by UGC or the CSIR
Candidates fulfilling the above eligibility conditions are required to report for walk-in- interview on the date & time noted against each post, along with the original and photocopies of the mark sheet, certificates and one passport size photograph etc. Along with bio-data to be downloaded from the institute website.
