Hostels
- RGUKT Basar provides excellent residential facilities with six hostel blocks three for boys and three for girls, accommodating around 8,000 students in total. Each hostel is managed by a caretaker, wardens, and a Chief Warden (separate for boys and girls) to ensure student welfare and discipline.
- The hostel rooms are equipped with fans, lights, and essential furniture, including a cot with a mattress, bedsheets, pillows, and towels. Students are also provided with a pair of uniforms (regular and sports).
Conference Halls
- The RGUKT Basar campus includes Conference Halls used for official events, seminars, and placement activities. These halls, along with pantries and waiting areas, support recruitment drives and guest interactions.
- Additionally, the campus has a modern auditorium equipped for seminars, webinars, and formal gatherings, reflecting its focus on academic and professional engagement.
Counseling Center
- RGUKT Basar provides a Counseling Center to support students’ mental and emotional well-being. As part of the campus health and wellness initiatives, the center offers psychological counseling and guidance services, recognizing that many students live away from home for the first time. Central Library
- The Central Library at RGUKT Basar is a key academic resource, established in 2008. It houses a vast collection of books, magazines, journals, and digital materials for both students and faculty.
Medical (Health Centre / Hospital)
- The on-campus Medical Center offers comprehensive healthcare facilities for students and staff. It is a 30-bed unit staffed by five doctors, five nurses, and additional medical personnel, including pharmacists and assistants. The centre includes a pharmacy, dispensary, and a mini operation theatre for minor procedures.
- Medical staff are available 24/7, and ambulance services are provided for emergencies or referrals to higher medical centres. The facility ensures that students receive prompt and reliable medical care throughout their stay.
Bank & ATM

- A Shopping Complex within the campus caters to students’ daily needs. It includes stationery shops, photocopying services, snack outlets, grocery stores, and other essential services. Additionally, hostels are equipped with canteens, general stores, salons, and beauty parlours, ensuring comfort and convenience for residents.
Sports Facilities
- The university promotes physical fitness through extensive sports and recreational facilities. Students can enjoy indoor games such as chess and carrom, as well as outdoor sports like volleyball, basketball, badminton, cricket, and football.
