Admission: The teachers really help us with getting placed in big companies. They give good advice on how to do well in interviews. The courses are easy to follow and we can balance our time well during the semesters. We learn a lot and there are workshops every year to learn more. The exams are manageable and they help us score well. The passing rate is around 38%.
Placement: About 70% of us get jobs right out of college, especially if you're in Computer Science. Big companies like Amazon, IBM, and Accenture come here to hire students for roles like Developer and Tester. Amazon offers the highest salary at 44 LPA, while TCS offers the lowest at 3.36 LPA. Some students also get internships at places like Wipro and small startups, but it's not as common.
Campus: The college infrastructure is pretty good. The computer labs are awesome with AC. I really like the IT experience they provide. The classrooms are eco-friendly and have cool digital stuff for learning better. The hostel is nice too, but the food isn't great. Private hostels near SRKR College have better food. The sports scene is good too. They organize cricket matches between teachers and students, which is super fun.
