Admission: The professors here really know their stuff when it comes to science. They've trained all over the world in places like the USA, UK, Australia, Japan, and the Netherlands. The course is all about pharmacology, which is cool because it helps us land good jobs in pharmaceutical companies. It's not the easiest course, but if you study consistently, you can totally do well.
Placement: There's about 4-5 spots for postgrad students in every department. After graduating, students land good-paying jobs at companies like Intas, Venkys, and Mother Dairy. Salaries range from 5 LPA to 1.5 crore per year. The university sets up meetings between students and industry folks to help them get hired.
Campus: The college has top-notch labs for pharmacology and toxicology research. The library is massive and has books on all topics related to animals and veterinary science. Hostels have different room options, a gym, and a mess with good food. Plus, there's a playground for outdoor sports and a hall for indoor games. Medical help is available during office hours too.

Admission: The exams were kinda tough, but not too bad. The workload in the semester was heavy, but I managed. Sometimes the professors were really strict and didn't listen, which was tough. As students, we got used to it though.
Placement: I got offered a job with a starting salary of 2 Lacs, but some students got up to 5 Lacs. My parents weren't too happy about it, so I went back home. Some students even landed a 9 Lacs job, but not everyone got that lucky. It was alright, not too bad overall.
Campus: The campus is amazing, it's like a little piece of heaven. The weather is really nice, which adds to the vibe. The bathrooms are clean and the park is nice to hang out in. Love exploring around here!

Admission: The teachers here know their stuff. They get checked by the Dean and VC often. They teach classes regularly and give us hands-on experience. There's a program at the end of the degree called RAWE that helps us learn practical stuff. The university really pays attention to the teachers and what we're learning. All the professors really care about teaching.
Placement: This college doesn't have placement programs, but they do offer training and internships through top universities like Bayer. Some students even get to do internships in America for 2 months.
Campus: The university's lab is stocked with all the equipment and chemicals we need. The classrooms are cool with air-conditioning, and there are smart boards to help us learn better.

Admission: The teachers here are really great. They know their stuff and are always there to help. They give us good tips for our future jobs. The exams are not too hard, around half the students pass.
Placement: The college has great placements and the education is top-notch. I really like the Agriculture program because it teaches practical skills and there are lots of job options in this field. Agriculture is a big money-maker and there are plenty of career paths for us students. Overall, the college is pretty good.
Campus: The hostels here are really nice, and they're even building more. The people who run the hostel are friendly, and the facilities are great they have washing machines and parking. The food is good too, and they make sure to serve it at times that work for us students.

Admission: The teachers at our college know their stuff really well. They make sure we understand the basics clearly. The course follows the ICAR curriculum. They also push us to study on our own, which is good.
Placement: The university's placement cell isn't very helpful. Students often have to look for jobs and internships by themselves. They do share job and internship info on WhatsApp, but they don't follow up much.
Campus: The classrooms and department are top-notch. The hostels are awesome with all the facilities you need, and there's a medical center nearby. They've got a gym, sports center, and even a shopping area for all your daily stuff. The canteen could be better, though. The library is amazing, fully equipped with online resources.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff and are quite capable. Some subjects didn't seem useful before, but they got rid of them because of the new National Education Policy, which is great. The semester exams are fair if you study, you can do well. You need at least 55% or a 5.5 CGP to pass.
Placement: The number of students placed this year was low, with the highest package being 8lpa and the average at 6.6lpa. The placement cell is still developing, so not many placements have happened yet. However, there are plenty of internship opportunities through the university. Placement is a major concern at this college.
Campus: The college has great infrastructure. Boys get single rooms in the hostels while girls share. There's Wi-Fi, a central library, and AC in every classroom. Plus, there's a gym and a sports complex for games like badminton and table tennis. Overall, it's pretty good here.

Admission: The teachers at this college are top-notch! They come from all over India, so we get to learn from different perspectives. They're all really smart they've got PhDs or post-docs. The teaching is awesome, even though we could use a bit more hands-on experience.
Placement: I got an awesome internship in a cool industry in Jammu. It really boosted my confidence and skills.
Campus: Our campus has the biggest library in Jammu and Kashmir with a ton of books. We also have Wi-Fi, labs, and a student center. Each department has its own block, with at least 3 research labs. There's a sports complex, a big auditorium, and classrooms that fit around 150 students. The classrooms even have air-conditioning, which is rare for government universities. The UG hostels have single rooms and new facilities. It's a great place for studying and having fun!

Admission: The campus may not be great, but our teachers are top-notch. They're super qualified and work really hard, even though they don't get paid much. The teaching is what matters most here. They're experts and do a great job.
Placement: There aren't many companies coming to our college for placements. So, we end up looking for part-time jobs or studying for our post-graduation exams. Once we pass our post-graduation, we have to take psc exams for government jobs. But there aren't many jobs available, and a lot of deserving people end up without work.
Campus: The infrastructure at Chattha campus is great, but it's lacking at the RS Pura campus. The labs aren't good quality and there aren't enough equipments. Sometimes we can't even use the sophisticated ones. The sports facilities are also not very good. Students often have to find their own gear. And let's not even talk about the hostels - they're not suitable for humans.

Admission: The teachers here are really knowledgeable and friendly. But you gotta take the first step to ask for help, or else they might not reach out to you. If you stay in touch with them, they can hook you up with awesome lab resources. The labs are top-notch since it's a government college. Plus, the teachers can even help you land internships at cool places like NITs, IITs, and IIMs.
Placement: I found some job options at the university, but they pay between Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000 per month which is a bit low. The salary package they offer is 6 LPA. It's a good chance to get into a government agricultural university and find good opportunities.
Campus: The best things about this college are the hostel, sports complex, food, and cafeteria. The course and infrastructure are also really good. If you get accepted here, you'll definitely want to come. The seniors are super helpful and there's no ragging or anything like that going on. It's a great place!
