25 Aug, 2025 : The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Guwahati has rescheduled the start date for registration for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2026. The application window will now be open from August 28 to September 28, 2025, without any late fee, through the official website — gate2026.iitg.ac.in. Candidates can also apply with a late fee until October 9, 2025. Earlier, the registration process was set to begin on August 25, 2025.
