Uttaranchal University Scholarships and Financial Aid
Uttarakhand scholarships- A scholarship aims towards supporting the students. It can be both merit, economics, and category-wise. This is some of the scholarships given by the university:
- Merit-Based Scholarships
Undergraduate Programs (Except Law & B.Tech)
- 30% tuition fee waiver for those who achieved 90% or above
- 20% tuition fee waiver for those who achieved 75% to 89.9%
- 10% Scholarship 10% tuition fee waiver for those who achieved 60% to 74.9%.
B.Tech programs:
- 25% tuition fee waiver in 12th class PCM group scoring 90% or more
- 15% tuition fee waiver in 12th class PCM group scoring 75 to 89.9%
- 10% tuition fee waiver in 12th class PCM group scoring 60 to 74.9%
For Law Programs: B.A. LLB, BBA LLB etc. 90% or above in 12th class 20% tuition fee waiver 75% to 89.9% in 12th class 15% tuition fee waiver 60% to 74.9% in 12th class 10% tuition fee waiver
- Uttarakhand State Domicile Scholarship End
26% Tuition Fee Concession to students from the Uttarakhand States, who are enrolled into any of the programmes through UG and PG.
- Defense Personnel Dependents Scholarship Scheme:
Children of Defense Personnel will be given a 5% tuition fee concession.
- Scholarship Scheme for Brothers and Sisters:
10% tuition fee concession to the students whose brothers /sisters are under the study process in Uttaranchal University.
- Rejoining Alumni Scholarship:
The alumni students of the university are also eligible to get 10% of the Tuition Fee concession if they want to join the University for higher studies.
- Special Scholarship to Girls Students
Girls students can also be provided special scholarships in the form of 10% concession on their tuition fee.
- Scholarship for Economically Weaker Section Students
Students from economically weaker sections will be provided with financial aid by the university depending on their family income.
