Admission: Exams happen often. We do tests every week and month. The teachers are awesome, but a few subjects have just okay teachers. They help us a lot and make learning fun with hands-on activities. The clinicals are a great experience and help us understand things better.

Placement: Vimsar is a great medical college. Lots of students get PG seats. The facilities are good, with books and easy access to faculty for PG prep. Seniors are helpful. Tuitions are there too. Plenty of learning and job opportunities.

Campus: The college has all the facilities you need gym, football ground, badminton court, canteen, Wi-Fi, and a library. The mess is okay, but the canteen serves good food. The library has AC and Wi-Fi, which is great. The grounds and gym are top-notch here.

Admission: The teachers are good, but you gotta put in effort on your own, just like anywhere else. VIMSAR is definitely one of the top government colleges when it comes to academics. They're pretty strict about attendance and grades, so most of us actually go to classes and study in the library.

Placement: I'm in my second year of MBBS at VIMSAR. It's a top government college in Odisha, so you have to meet the cutoff mark. It can change each year. But once you graduate from here, you'll definitely become a doctor. And the internship pays well too.

Campus: The college's infrastructure is pretty average because it's been around for 70 years. The hostels and campus are old, and even the hospital needs work. There's always some repair happening at the college, but it's not enough. They really need to pay more attention to fixing things up.

Admission: The teachers here are top-notch! They are experts in their fields and many of them are doctors. They do a great job of connecting theory with real-life medical situations. The curriculum is always up-to-date following the Ministry of Health guidelines and the Medical Council of India.

Placement: Back in 2015, when we got into this college, there were 150 seats approved by the medical council. It's a top-notch college and the second oldest in our state. It's super hard to score a seat here because of the tough competition. Right now, we're in our last year of MBBS. After our final MBBS exam, we'll start our 11-month house surgeonship. It's been quite a journey!

Campus: The campus has Wi-Fi everywhere, even in the library and hostels. Each department has its own lecture theaters and all the equipment we need for classes. There are 9 guys' hostels and 4 girls' hostels, all cozy and modern with their own mess. The food in the mess is pretty good because we students keep an eye on it. We've got playgrounds for football, cricket, volleyball, and basketball. Plus, there's a gym right at the college. And don't forget about the gardens and water fountains in the hostel area they're really nice.

Admission: The teachers here are really good. They teach well using both videos and blackboard. The department heads make sure we're on top of our studies. It's a great place to learn and develop into a great doctor.

Placement: The MBBS course here guarantees 100% placement, so no need to stress about that. It's a great place to prepare for post graduation too. The city vibe is perfect for studying, surrounded by students all around. Great place for higher studies!

Campus: The infrastructure here is okay, but it could be better. The medical facilities are good though. It's a great place for students to learn, but the government needs to invest more in improving the college's infrastructure and maintenance.

Admission: The teachers and staff at the college are awesome. The course lasts for 5.5 years, which includes internships. You learn a lot of valuable skills. Exams can be challenging, but you can manage. The pass rate for every exam is around 50%.

Placement: Most students here become doctors after graduating. Popular courses are MBBS, DMLT, PG, etc. The college has its own hospital for internships. Around 200 students graduate every year. It's well-known across the country. My time here has been awesome!

Campus: The college has awesome facilities like a library, auditorium, and lecture halls. We've got sports courts for basketball, football, volleyball, and cricket. And don't forget about indoor games like badminton and table tennis. The food in the mess varies depending on the hostel, but it's mostly North Indian and Odia cuisines. It's a great place to study and have fun!

Admission: The teachers at my college are super helpful and really dedicated to what they do. They're friendly and really know their stuff. The course I'm taking is really practical and perfect for what's in demand. The exams are fair - not too hard, not too easy.

Placement: Most students from our college get placed each year, around 80 to 90%. The highest package is around 25 to 30 LPA. We have good internship options, both paid and unpaid.

Campus: The hostel and college fees are really cheap. Teachers here are super smart and great at teaching. Wi-Fi is always working in the hostel. The classrooms are in great shape. The teachers are all very qualified. The food in the college canteen is good too.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really helpful. It's a bummer that there are some empty positions, but that's because of the new medical schools opening up. The study material is a lot to take in. We have to understand and remember a ton of stuff, and then use it when we're working with patients.

Placement: As future doctors, we don't have any problems with getting placed. We have to do an internship at the college and then take the PG exam. We can even practice at the college and prepare for PG after finishing our MBBS and internship. We can also work as tutors in other medical colleges on a contract.

Campus: The college has really nice facilities. The new hostel feels like a fancy hotel without air conditioning. The classrooms are modern with AC, comfy furniture, and technology for teaching. There's a canteen in the hostel for food. Plus, we have sports courts for volleyball, basketball, badminton, and cricket. And there's a big library on campus too.

Admission: The teachers are really great here. They teach us stuff that will help us in our medical career. The faculty members are experienced and give us good advice. We get to practice with real patients, which is super helpful. And we even get a stipend when we work as house surgeons.

Placement: I really like how we get to learn medical skills through direct patient interaction in our college. The teachers are really helpful and give us good guidance. After finishing MBBS, we can also do PG courses by taking entrance exams. Our college offers courses like medicine, surgery, Paedia, orthopaedics, and more. It's great that we can choose between clinical and non-clinical courses here.

Campus: The new hostel at our college is really nice. The rooms are big, airy, and bright, and they always have everything you need. The food in the mess is okay, not amazing. We have a sports meet every year for PG and MBBS students, which is cool. And the canteen is pretty good too.

Admission: The teachers here are super smart and really care about teaching us. They explain things well and also talk about stuff outside of just school. The program lasts for 4.5 years with nine semesters, four exams, and a year-long internship. You need to pass with at least 50%.

Placement: The college doesn't offer placements for MBBS students, but there are many job opportunities. We have to find internships ourselves, which pay around Rs. 20,000 per month.

Campus: The extracurricular activities at this college are awesome! There are tons of sports to join. Each department has its own lab with everything you need. The hostels have basic stuff like air conditioning and laundry. The food quality in the mess varies based on which one you pick, but it's all good.

Admission: In our college, there aren't many permanent faculty members. It's tough for students when they need help with their studies. We need more permanent teachers to help us out and make sure we're learning well.

Placement: The placements at our college are good, but we need to improve our study habits. Currently, we have 4-hour duty hours for training without getting any stipend. This schedule requires us to work hard during both day and night, and it's something that should be reconsidered.

Campus: The college campus and hostel facilities need improvement. The overall infrastructure isn't great. The girls' hostel doesn't have enough space to stay comfortably, and the facilities there aren't up to par. There isn't even a boys' hostel available.
