Admission: The teachers at our college are awesome! They are all PhD graduates and really know their stuff. They help us with live projects and encourage us to think outside the box. Their experience brings a lot of valuable knowledge to the table.
Placement: Around 65% of us got jobs after graduating. The highest salary was 5.6 LPA, while the lowest was Rs. 90,000 per year. Goodyear hired the most students. Many of us also did internships at Goodyear and Nestle, mostly in marketing and sales.
Campus: The college buildings weren't the best, but the canteen had good food. Everything was clean and the Wi-Fi worked well. The hostel was nice too. The medical services were good, and sports were fun. They even had a sports meet every year.

Admission: The professors at VGSoM are really experienced in Marketing, Finance, and Operations. They're mentoring around 70 Ph.D. students right now. Our courses cover a bit of everything in the first year, and then we get to pick our own electives in the second year. We mostly learn through discussing real-life cases, which helps us understand things better.
Placement: The placements at VGSoM have been getting better every year. This year, the average salary is over 16 L and the middle salary is over 14 L, with everyone getting placed. Some students even got jobs abroad. The main areas of hiring are Analytics, Consulting, and IT.
Campus: The infrastructure at VGSoM is pretty good. They have access to all the facilities at IIT Kharagpur, along with their own department resources like a library, research lab with 8 Bloomberg terminals, classrooms, faculty offices, and a printing shop. The hostels offer single and double rooms for students to choose from.

Admission: The teachers here are super talented and well-known. The classes are set up to help you learn a ton if you join in and put in your best effort. You'll get a good handle on both tech stuff and managing things. Plus, the faculty isn't just great in operations and IT they're awesome in finance and marketing too.
Placement: The college has a 100% placement rate, but not all top students get good jobs. Still, the average placement is better than most similar colleges. When it comes to placements, VGSoM is up there with only a few top colleges like old IIMs, SJMSoM, NITIE, and FMS. The rest are either below or equal to VGSoM.
Campus: The college's infrastructure is okay, but it definitely needs some upgrades. Compared to IIT, the infrastructure is decent. We were hoping for an auditorium, but there isn't one here. IIT's auditorium is top-notch, maybe the best in the country.

Admission: The teachers at this college are super helpful and know their stuff. They've been in the game for a long time and really know their stuff. We've got labs that professors use for research and sharing cool stuff with us. The course setup is top-notch and matches what's hot in the market.
Placement: The job placements were really good this year. Everyone got placed, with two placement rounds happening recently. The average salary was about 15LPA, while the highest offer was 21LPA. Students got jobs in different roles like Business Analyst and Marketing Manager. All Management students got placed in areas they wanted.
Campus: VGSOM has its own building at the IIT campus with a great library, study room, labs, and other important stuff. The Wi-Fi is always on, and you can find all the books you need. There's also a sports center nearby where we play all our games.

Admission: The professors really know their stuff and have tons of experience in teaching and working in the real world. The course is set up perfectly for what's needed in the industry right now.
Placement: In my batch, most students landed a summer internship around 85%. And for the seniors, everyone got placed in the end. The highest pay for internships was 165k INR, average was 90k, and the lowest was 60k. For final jobs, the highest salary was 20lpa, average was 13lpa, and the lowest was 9lpa. Lots of big companies like Google, Amazon, and Cognizant came to campus for placements. There were over 30 companies altogether. They offered roles like Strategic Consultant, Product Manager, and HR Consultant. The options were pretty diverse!
Campus: The Vinod Gupta School of Management is separate from the main college buildings at IIT Kharagpur. They teach HR topics in collaboration with the Department of Humanities and Social Science. The campus has Wi-Fi everywhere and great lab facilities in Lab Complex 1, 2, and 3. There's also a separate building called Nalanda for classes with up to 120 students. The B.C. Roy Hospital provides 24/7 emergency care and ambulance services. The boys stay at MMM Hall of Residence, while the girls stay at Gokhale Hall of Residence. The rooms are always clean, and the hostel food is healthy and nutritious.

Admission: The course covers a lot of different management topics. The college is starting to focus more on analytics now. In the first year, everyone has to take certain classes. But in the second year, you get to pick which ones you want. The marketing teachers are great, and there are a bunch of finance teachers too. Most of the teachers have PhDs.
Placement: All the seniors and current students who applied for jobs got placed, which was awesome. The salaries ranged from 9.50 LPA to 27 LPA, with an average of 16.50 LPA. Most jobs were in consulting, management, analytics, and operations. The internships were great too! The highest paid internship was 6 lacs for 2 months, while the average was 1 lac for 2 months. The lowest was Rs. 40,000 for two months.
Campus: The labs in college are awesome! We have 9 Bloomberg terminals and the Wi-Fi is top-notch. The classrooms are rectangular, but I think circular ones would be cool. The college canteen serves food, and the hostels are nice with twin sharing rooms. Transportation around campus is mainly by cycling. Overall, no complaints about the infrastructure here.

Campus: The campus at VGSoM is known as one of the best in West Bengal. They have everything you need there: a bank, computers, labs, and a huge library. The hostel fee is super cheap at just Rs 15,000 a year, which covers both the room and the food. The services are top-notch and always on time. You share a room with someone else, and there's a bathroom in each room with all the essentials. They also have separate facilities for guys and girls to keep things private.

Admission: The teachers for our course are super friendly and nice. They're really good at teaching. The college staff and teachers are also super helpful and supportive. We mostly do curriculum activities at the beginning of the semester.
Placement: Around half of us in my course got placed, which was pretty good. The pay ranged from 3.5 to 8 lacs, with most landing around 6 lacs. Capgemini, Wipro, and Infosys were the big names that hired students. And a lot of us also scored internships in different companies.
Campus: The facilities at my college are really good. The classrooms and labs are clean and well-kept. We've got a great library too. But the hostel rooms aren't that comfy. The food in the mess and canteen isn't very tasty or clean.

Lots of companies come for placements in different sectors like manufacturing, consulting, finance, and FMCG. The placement cell helps out a lot and they do a good job. Big companies like ITC, P&G, Nomura, Deloitte, KPMG, EY, and Citi come to hire students from the campus.
Campus: The campus has Wi-Fi in classrooms, a big library, and lots of sports facilities. The hostel and mess were okay. The infrastructure overall was really good and worth the money. The return on investment was great because the fees were low.
