Admission: The teaching is really good and there's so much to learn in the subjects. Just listening in class won't cut it, so studying a lot is a must. It's convenient for guys staying in the hostel as the departments are close by for easier access to placements.
Placement: In my batch, there were 150 students. In 2023, they added 50 more seats, so now we're 200 students in total. VIMS is a great college to study at. The hospital gets a ton of patients every day, which gives us the chance to learn from a variety of cases.
Campus: The classrooms are nice, and the library has Wi-Fi. After dinner, it's great to walk around the campus grounds, but be careful because there are many dogs and snakes around. The campus is pretty big too.

Admission: The teachers at this college are awesome! They are super dedicated and well-qualified. At VIMS (also known as OPD), there are lots of patients which is great for learning. It helps us improve our clinical skills a lot. The passing rate is around 50%, which is not bad at all.
Placement: The placement rate at this college is really good. Students get a stipend of Rs30k per month, which is awesome. VIMS is one of the oldest medical colleges in Karnataka and is ranked 4th.
Campus: The hostels for boys in the first year aren't great. No Wi-Fi in the hostels right now. They don't cook food here, they buy it from outside. The food in the mess is okay. There's a canteen at the entrance. The sports facilities are just okay too. There's a sports ground outside the campus, it's average.

Admission: The teachers here are top-notch! They really know their stuff and are considered the best in the state. They share real-life medical situations that help us understand better. The course material is tailored to each year, which is great. The semester exams are fair and we all pass easily thanks to how well the teachers teach us.
Placement: I'm in my first year at VIMS with around 200 other students. This college is one of the best in the state, with amazing teachers and facilities. They teach us a lot about medicine and social courses. Around 200 students from our batch get internships here, which is pretty cool.
Campus: The college has great teachers and facilities. Classes are easy to follow with PowerPoint slides and a blackboard. The library is massive with tons of books. The dorms are nice - only 2 people per room and the food and water are good. The campus is spacious, so there are lots of sports to join in.

Admission: The teachers here are often busy with other stuff besides teaching, so classes can be a bit tough. But in MBBS, it's all about studying on your own. You gotta be eager to learn if you wanna ace it.
Placement: Studying MBBS here is more about practical experience than just reading books. They don't offer placements for MBBS, but there are options for PG courses. A lot of students pass their exams and then go on to secure their PG seats. The interns here get a lot of hands-on experience, which helps them study better.
Campus: The buildings at VIMS are like the heart of the campus. They have this cool old British style that looks really nice. Each subject has its own building which is pretty cool. The campus used to feel a bit cramped, but they renovated it and now it looks way better.

Admission: The teachers here are really helpful. They teach us well and prepare us for the job. Their teaching style is famous. The course schedule is set at the beginning of the year. Exams are tough because there's a lot to study and not much time to review.
Placement: There are about 200 students in our class. The job packages you get after college depend on which medical field you choose. We don't have any companies coming for placements. We have to do internships at our own college. Different roles are available based on what you're interested in.
Campus: The facilities at Ballari Medical College are not up to par with other top colleges. The patient count is high, but the infrastructure is not as great as we hoped. The classrooms are nice and have LED screens. I live nearby, but the new hostel blocks are good. The food in the mess is tasty.

Admission: The teachers here are super experienced and easy to talk to. They really help us succeed in all our subjects, which is great for becoming good doctors. The exams aren't too tough, but they cover everything we need to know for future studies.
Placement: Around 200 students are currently taking this course. During the internship, interns usually earn at least 30,000 rupees, while postgraduate students can make around 50-60k. We get to work with patients in different departments like surgery and OBG.
Campus: The college keeps the classrooms clean and provides AC in each one. The labs have all the equipment we need. The food in the mess is really good, and everyone likes it. They also organize different sports events, which is cool.

Admission: The faculty at our college is really experienced and helpful. The curriculum can be a bit tough, so you gotta stay focused throughout your MBBS journey. The exam setup is quite interesting they hold exams in a big hall with around 200 students being monitored by CCTV cameras.
Placement: In this field, there are no placement opportunities. The college offers a one-year compulsory internship. During the internship, you'll receive a monthly stipend of 30 thousand. After the internship, you can work in a private hospital or prepare for Post Graduate exams like NEET PG.
Campus: The medicine course is 5.5 years long, with a required 1-year internship. You have to take 4 exams from the university. In the first and second years, there are 3 subjects, in the third year only 2, and in the final year, you cover a total of 11 subjects. As for the hostels, they're in new buildings. Each room is shared by 2 people and has good facilities.

Admission: The teachers here really know their stuff. The courses they offer are spot-on and get you ready for the real world. The final exams are tough but most students pass with flying colors - around 90% make it through. This college in Karnataka is top-notch and attracts some smart students. It's no wonder the passing rate is so high.
Placement: As it's a medical college, almost everyone gets placed here. You can either find a job or continue studying. For internships, there are options for everyone. You get to pick based on what you like, and it all depends on how well you do.
Campus: The college's infrastructure is pretty old and not so great. But the library is huge with tons of books. The food is just okay, and the sports facilities are not good at all. They focus on hospitals, so there are medical services available all the time.

Admission: The way they teach here is really great. Different departments help us learn better. We do all the activities according to our course. We have exams often every 3 months for internals and once a year for finals. Just remember, you gotta attend classes to take the exams.
Placement: During our internship, we get to work in the OPD at the college hospital for a whole year. They pay us Rs. 30,000 every month. There's always a lot of patients, so we see a wide variety of cases. Once we finish our internship, we can easily find a job at a hospital and earn around Rs. 25,000-30,000 a month.
Campus: There are lots of sports to do here, and we have a huge ground on campus. The campus life is really nice, friendly, and safe. We can live and have fun freely. The classrooms are good and can fit around 180-200 students. They have LED screens, projectors, and all the tech we need. They give us a big room for 2 students, with electricity, water, and other stuff. The hostels are cheap, but you can also rent a room or PG close to campus if you want.

Admission: The teachers at this college are really good at teaching. They are supportive and help us a lot. We have final exams at the end of the year, along with internals to test our knowledge. The university exams are tough because there's a lot to study, especially in MBBS. So, we need to work hard to pass and remember that we're here to save lives.
Placement: Almost everyone in our course will definitely find work. Some may even start their own clinic. No one will be left without a job almost every student gets placed. The salary we get depends on the specialization we choose after MBBS. If we just stick to MBBS, we can expect around Rs. 70,000 per month. Companies don't come to the college for placements since most students work in clinics. The popular courses after MBBS include radiology, dermatology, surgery, and OBG.
Campus: I really like the facilities at our college. Each department has its own building, which I think is the coolest thing in the whole state. The hostel facilities are great too, with rooms shared by 2 people. Everything is kept clean, and the mess is right there in the hostel. The food is tasty and satisfying.
