VIT Pune has a graduated cancellation policy based on the duration from the date of hostel admission:
- If cancelled within 10 days: 10% of the total fee (hostel + mess) deducted.
- If cancelled within 20 days: 20% of the total fee deducted.
- If cancelled within 30 days: 30% of the total fee deducted.
- If cancelled after 30 days: 100% of the total fee deducted.
