  • NTA has confirmed that JEE Main 2026 Session 2 will be held from April 2 to April 9, 2026. The registration for Session 2 will open after the completion of Session 1 results on jeemain.nta.nic.in.
1 Nov, 2025 : NTA JEE Main 2026 Registration has started. The National Testing Agency (NTA) opened the registration process on October 31, 2025, through the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in.

  • The NTA has announced the JEE Main 2026 exam dates. Session 1 will be held from January 21 to January 30, 2026.

VESIT attracts recruiters from diverse sectors, providing job opportunities for its students and deserving candidates through job fairs. There is a special placement Cell which organises placement selection for various companies, organisations and institutes and provides guidance to the students for different competitive exams. The experts in the team also train the students in communication skills, group discussion, and interviews for their placements.

VESIT Placement Statistics

Different companies which provide interview opportunities are Tata Teleservices, Rlight, Ernst and Young, Netmonastry NSPL , IMS Preschool, WorleyParsons and 61 more companies. The data is as follows -

 

Placement Rules-

Recruitment at VESIT is grouped under the following three statuses. The college will decide the status to be given to the company.

  1. DREAM JOB: Students placed in a Dream JOB will be out of the placement process. Students whose names appear in the selected list of such companies will have to back out of the remaining ongoing process immediately. Their names will be removed from the ongoing process by the placement cell.
  2. CORE JOB: This Job is with reference to core companies (ETRX / INST / EXTC). Students getting core jobs will be out of the placement process. Students whose names appear in the selected list of such companies will have to back out of the remaining ongoing process immediately. Their names will be removed from the ongoing process by the placement cell. Students with a Core job cannot apply for the further placement process.
  3. NON-DREAM JOB: Students placed in Non-Dream Jobs can apply for a second job. If the company insists that the students should not be allowed for a second offer, the selected students will be out of placements and should give the same in writing before appearing for the process.
  4. Students are Eligible for two Job Offers: Students with TWO Job offers will be out of the placement Process.

 

VESIT Placement Procedure

  1. All students get a registration form with the dates of the drive, along with information about the company profile, job profile, eligibility requirements, salary, eligible branches, and any other information provided by the firm (If requested by the Company).
  2. All the students who are eligible and meet all the essential conditions are supposed to register by the deadline , including any extra information that may be needed.
  3. The database of students is sent to the respective companies/firms.
  4. The placement cell and student coordinators make sure that the online and offline processes run well on the scheduled day and time.
  5. The coordination is continued until the selection list is out and all the offer letters are accepted.

IMPORTANT NOTE -

  • Students who fail to follow any of the above rules would be directly blocklisted from the procedure of placement. Any other case will be treated as a special case, and the placement cell will take the necessary action.
  • All decisions of the placement officer will be final and binding on all.
