Glocal University Admission 2025: Eligibility, Fees, And Application Process

Glocal University was established in 2012 in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. It is a university with 11 schools offering different degree and diploma courses. The university provides many programs like MBBS, BAMS, BUMS, B.Tech, BBA, B.Com (Hons.), BA LLB, BBA LLB, LLB, B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Mass Communication, Journalism, B.Ed., B.Pharm, and D.Pharm. It also offers M.Sc. in six subjects and Ph.D. programs.

Students can apply for admission online or offline. To get into the MBBS course, students must have passed 12th grade with at least 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, with English as a subject. For BAMS, students must have studied Sanskrit in school and passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Sanskrit. For BUMS, students must have studied Urdu in school and passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Admission to MBBS, BAMS, and BUMS is based on the NEET/ CPMEE exam.

For other undergraduate courses, students need to clear the Glocal Admission Test (GAT). However, for B.Tech, students must qualify for JEE Main. Law courses require students to take CLAT or LSAT and attend a personal interview. Admissions for B.Ed., B.Pharm, and D.Pharm are based on the GAT exam.

For M.Sc., M.Tech, and MCA, students need to have a bachelor's degree in a related field, and admission is based on merit (previous academic performance). For Ph.D. programs, students must qualify for exams like GATE, NET, or SLET and pass a personal interview.

Glocal University 2025 Application Process

Glocal University allows students to apply online for most courses, but for Ph.D. programs, they have to apply offline.

For Online Admission (UG & PG Courses)

1. Go to the Official Website – Visit the Glocal University website and click on “Apply Now.”
2. Fill the Application Form – Enter your details and upload your photo and required documents.
3. Upload These Documents:
   • 10th and 12th mark sheets and certificates
   • Entrance exam scorecard (if required)
   • Bachelor’s degree and mark sheet (for PG courses)
   • Master’s degree and mark sheet (for Ph.D. courses)
   • Caste certificate (if applicable)
   • Certificate for physically handicapped candidates (if applicable)
   • Medical certificate
   • Income proof (for special quota candidates like TFW and SC)
4. Pay the Application Fee – INR 1000 (online payment).
5. Personal Interview – If required, candidates must bring 2 copies of each document along with the originals for verification.

For Ph.D. Admission (Offline Mode Only)

1. Download the Form – Get the application form and prospectus from the university website under the "Research" section.
2. Fill the Form – Enter your details and choose your Ph.D. course.
3. Attach Documents – Submit the required documents (same as above).
4. Pay the Fee – INR 1500 (payment at the university counter).
