GMRIT B.Tech Selection Criteria:

The admissions to the B.Tech course in GMRIT are made strictly on the basis of the score obtained by the applicant in the AP-EAMCET(Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test).

The institute declares a list of the cut off ranks for the AP-EAMCET every year. The list of cut off ranks are as follows:

The following Reservations are kept for the candidates;

• 70% of the seats will be reserved for candidates appearing under the AP EAMCET
• 30% seats on the basis of merit calculated considering marks obtained by the applicant at the 10+2 levels in accordance with the stipulation set by the APSCHE.
• 10% of seats for all categories from each program open for candidates who seek admission as a lateral entry candidate.
• Student intake of the state of Andhra Pradesh is preferred.
• The course is generally about 4 years but can extend to a maximum of 8 years.

GMRIT B.Tech (Lateral Entry)

• This course is open to any applicant who has passed a Diploma course.
• The admission to this course scheme is done through the AP ECET(Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test).

GMRIT B.Tech Cutoff 2024

GMRIT M.Tech Selection Criteria:

• Usually the course has a duration of 2 academic years or more. However the candidates can complete the full program within a period of maximum 4 academic years
• Admission into the M.Tech program at GMRIT is done based on the candidate's performance in GATE/ AP PGECET(Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test).
• All the specializations of this course can be applied online through the official website of the college.

GMRIT M.Tech Reservations:
