Admission to Bachelor's courses is through the Anna University Entrance Test (Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission), which is followed by a selection process. Candidates who perform well in the HSC examination will be given preference. Students seeking admission to the Masters Program must first pass the TANCET administered by the state government, followed by central counselling. Admission is granted based on the candidate's performance in TANCET, followed by Anna University's counselling and document verification process. Students who have a valid GATE score will be given preference. The college accepts applications for the Ph.D. program through the University Website in the months of August and February. Selection is based on merit in the qualifying examination, which includes a valid GATE, NET, or equivalent admission score.
