KK Modi University was established under Section 26(5) & Section 28(4) of the Chhattisgarh Private Universities Act, 2005. Sponsored by the Modi Innovative Education Society, the university is recognised by the UGC (University Grants Commission). KK Modi University offers various courses at the UG, PG and PhD levels.
