RIIM Pune Admission 2025: Courses, Eligibility & Application Process

RIIM Pune (Ramachandran International Institute of Management) was established in the year 2014 and is approved by AICTE, New Delhi and the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India. RIIM has been awarded the Promising Institute in Management - Education and Placement by Times Education Icons in 2024.

RIIM Pune’s flagship PGDM program fee is INR 8,10,000 for two years. RIIM Pune also offers scholarships up to INR 1,50,000 for students scoring above the 80th percentile in CAT/XAT. Also, the institute offers merit scholarships to the students who have scored above 90% aggregate marks in 10th, 12th & Graduation — INR 1,00,000.

CAT 2025 registration started on August 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM and will close on September 13, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Admit cards will be available for download from 5 November to 30 November 2025. The CAT 2025 exam is scheduled for 30 November 2025, and the results are likely to be announced in the first week of January 2026. The CAT application fee has been revised to INR 2600 for General category candidates and INR 1300 for SC/ST/PwD candidates.

The XAT 2026 application form was released on 10th July 2025, and the exam is scheduled to be held on 4th January 2026. Eligible candidates can apply exclusively through online mode, as no offline option is available. The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a university-level entrance exam conducted annually by XLRI Jamshedpur in computer-based (CBT) mode.

Candidates are required to complete graduation with a minimum of 50% marks to be eligible for RIIM Pune course admissions. They are also required to qualify for CAT, XAT, CMAT, MAT, MAH MBA CET or ATMA, followed by a group discussion (GD) and a personal interview (PI). The fees for the courses range between INR 5.90 lakh and INR 13.50 lakh.

• SC/ST/PwD candidates must upload valid certificates. Category changes cannot be made after registration.
• A short correction window will be available after registration closes for limited time only.

• The registration fee for CAT 2025 must be paid online only.
• Candidates can choose from SBI ePay or BillDesk payment gateways.
• The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The application fee is required to be paid only once, regardless of the number of IIMs or other institutions candidates are applying to.

• Click on ‘New Candidate Registration’: Begin by selecting the New Registration option.
• Generate OTP: Enter basic details to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) for verification.
• Complete Basic Registration: Fill in the Name, Date of Birth, Email ID, and Mobile Number. Ensure all details are accurate — these cannot be edited later.
• Login to Complete the Application: Use the provided User ID and Password to log in and access the application form.

XAT 2026 Registration

• XLRI Jamshedpur has released the XAT 2026 application form on July 10, 2025. The registration can be completed only through online mode—no offline option is available.
• To begin, candidates must first create XAT login credentials. The registration process is divided into three stages. Once logged in, applicants should fill in the form with personal, contact, and academic details.
• Candidates must upload correct documents, including a recent photograph and signature, to avoid form rejection.
• In case of errors, a correction window will be provided for making necessary changes.
• The last date to submit the XAT 2026 application form is likely December 5, 2025. After submission, it is advised to download and keep a printout of the form for future reference during the admission process.
• Registration fee of XAT 2026 is same for all category candidates.
• Online facility is available to submit the fee.
• INR 2,200 is the application fee for all candidates.
• Online payment gateways such as Debit Cards (Rupay/ Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets) is available.

• Choose your preferred XLRI programme and select any two test cities.
• Upload the required scanned documents in the specified format.
• Click on the “Submit” button to move to the payment section.
• Go to the “Payment” tab and select a suitable online payment method.
• Pay the application fee through the available gateways.
