About VMOU Vardhman Mahaveer
VMOU is an open university at the state level situated in Vardhman, Rajasthan and formerly known as Vardhman Open University. In addition to a specific centre in New Delhi, VMOU maintains seven regional centres spread throughout Rajasthan's major cities. Both the UGC and the Rajasthani government have recognised VMOU Vardhman. VMOU offers distant learning through five schools, seven regional centres, and 22 departments. It provides undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, certificate, and diploma programs in a variety of subjects, including education, science, commerce, management, education, and computer science. VMOU Vardhman Mahaveer Admission 2025
Online methods are used for VMOU admissions. Merit in the qualifying exam determines admission to all undergraduate and graduate programs (with the exception of B.Ed., MBA, and MCA). For admission to the MBA and B.Ed programs, the university administers the VMOU MET and VMOU B.Ed entrance tests, respectively. The university administers an entrance exam to candidates for MCA admissions. Admission to VMOU Ph.D. programs is determined by an entrance exam and a university-conducted in-person interview. Candidates are excused from the entrance exam if they have valid NET, SET, or GATE scores.
