B.P.Ed Syllabus in India

The B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education) is a well structured 2 year course which comprises 4 semesters and thoroughly equips the student with theoretical as well as the practical know-how in the field of body fitness and sports science.

 

The curriculum covers key theoretical sections including Anatomy and Physiology, which covers the structure and functions of the human body; Health Education, which involves supporting health and preventing illnesses; Sports Psychology, which involves the psychology of sporting performance; and Sports Training, which involves individual methods and techniques used to performance effectively coach and physically condition individuals.
