The admission process for enrolling into Ba Tech ECE courses is almost similar in all the colleges. For clear understanding, the admission process for enrolling in BTech in ECE course at IIT Roorkee is as follows:

 

Step 1: You must enroll in the JEE Main entrance exam and appear for the exam.

 

Step 2: According to the JEE Main score/rank you will be considered for appearing in the JEE Advanced entrance exam.

 

Step 3: Shortlisting of JEE Advanced candidates based on score/rank. If you are shortlisted candidates, you will be required to register on the JoSAA website for counseling.

 

Step 4: During JoSAA counseling, you will input your preferences, and these will be IIT Kharagpur and the selected course will be BTech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

 

Step 5: The seats are allotted on the JEE Advanced rank, filled-in options in JoSAA, and availability of seats.
