Eligibility Criteria for Diploma Holder Candidates

• Candidates must have passed a diploma with at least 45% (40% for the reserved category) or a comparable CGPA in the relevant branch from an AICTE-approved institute or university.
• For admission to Jadavpur University, students must have secured 60% aggregate (45% for the reserved category) or a comparable CGPA in the relevant branch from an AICTE-approved institute or university.
• There is no higher age limit for diploma holders.
• For diploma holders in Pharmacy seeking admission into the degree program in Pharmacy, candidates will also be eligible for admission into the first year if the vacancies in the second year (lateral entrance) are exhausted.

Eligibility criteria for candidates holding a BSc

• Candidates must have completed a BSc from a recognised institute with a 45% aggregate (40% for the reserved category).
• Candidates should have completed Class 12, with Mathematics as the core subject.
• If candidates are allotted, they should have passed Engineering Mechanics, Engineering Graphics/Drawing, and the second-year topics.
• BSc holders are not eligible for admission to the Pharmacy course.
