WBJEE JELET 2025 counselling involves an online procedure by which students who successfully pass the JELET test are able to be admitted to the second year of B.Tech or B.Pharm programs in West Bengal. The whole process is done on the official JELET counselling site. All the students need to initially register online and pay the counselling fee. Once this is done, they must select their favorite colleges and courses since the decisions will determine the seat they will receive. The seats are assigned according to the rank of the student based on the JELET, the choice order and the number of seats in each college and branch. WBJEE JELET 2025 Counselling: Step-by-Step Process

The WBJEEB will operate a single online counselling of WBJEE-2025 and JEE(Main)-2025 rank holders to be admitted to Engineering, Technology, Architecture, and Pharmacy in West Bengal. The whole procedure of registration, selection of seats, allotment and payment of fees will be performed using the web as per the approved Seat Matrix. Applicants should apply during Round-1, adhere to regulations and keep in mind that no reserved and TFW seats will be transformed. The cost of counselling is INR 500 that is not refundable.

Registration: Students must visit the JELET website, open the counselling registration link, enter their personal details, and pay the registration fee online.
Choice Filling: Students must choose their preferred colleges and courses in order of priority because these choices will decide which seat they may get.
Seat Allotment: Seats are given based on the student’s rank, the choices they filled, and the number of seats available, and once a seat is given, it cannot be changed.
Reporting to College: Students must go to the allotted college on time, show their documents, and pay the fee; otherwise, their admission will be cancelled.

WBJEE JELET 2025 Counselling: Reservation & Domicile Criteria

The reservation and domicile regulations of WBJEE JELET 2025 determine the persons entitled to take reserved seats under SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, EWS and PwD. These reservations can only be used by the applicants who have valid West Bengal domicile certificates. The guidelines also stipulate who should get a domicile certificate, who qualifies to get a domicile certificate, and the authorities that can issue it.
