The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced special exam dates for Class 10 and 12 students who had missed the CBSE board exams 2025 due to participation in national or international sports events
As per the official notice released on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, CBSE Class 10 exams will be held from April 7 to April 11, while CBSE Class 12 exams will take place on April 11. The exams will be conducted in a single shift each day, either from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM or from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, depending on the subject.
CBSE has already issued the admit cards for these special exams. Students can download their hall tickets from the official website, cbse.gov.in.

- April 7 (10.30 AM to 1.30 PM): English Language and Literature, Hindi Course ‘A’, French
- April 8 (10.30 AM to 1.30 PM): Science
- April 9 (10.30 AM to 1.30 PM): Social Science
- April 9 (10.30 AM to 12.30 PM): Multi Skill Foundation Course
- April 11 (10.30 AM to 1.30 PM): Hindi Course ‘B’, Sanskrit

CBSE Board 10, 12 Special Exam 2025: Important Instructions for Students
Students appearing for the CBSE Special Exam 2025 must follow these key guidelines:
- Mobile phones and other communication devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
- Candidates should reach the exam centre before 10:00 AM.
- The instructions mentioned on the admit card must be followed carefully.
- Students will be given an extra 15 minutes to read the question paper before writing the exam.
