The admission process begins with an online application, followed by a written test and two rounds of interviews. Selected candidates must pay the prescribed fees, submit original certificates, and await final approval from Karnataka State Law University, after which admission is confirmed.

- Candidates are then required to appear for a written test which counts for 50% of the selection
- Students who’ve appeared in LSAT/CLAT are exempt form the test.
- Candidates are then required to participate in the 2 rounds of interviews conducted by CAIL
- Notifications of of the interview dates will be given via call, email or SMS.
- Selected candidates need to pay the prescribed admission fees on or before the last date mentioned in the admission letter.
