Step 3: Competitive Entrance Test (CET): Shortlisted students must take the GIMS Aptitude Test (GAT) – a 45-minute test similar to the CAT exam. If you have a valid CMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, or NMAT score, you can skip GAT.

 

Step 4: Group Discussion (GD) & Essay Writing: Students who qualify the entrance test are invited for GD, either on campus or online. You’ll discuss a topic given by the panel and also write a 500–700-word essay on the same topic. The GD panel has at least two evaluators.

 

Step 5: Personal Interview (PI): After GD, students are called for a personal interview, online or offline. The panel has at least two members who will ask questions about your skills, goals, and experiences.
