Admission: The process here felt surprisingly efficient. The CAP phase after CAT, including WAT and PI, moved well. Merit list publication and registration instructions came promptly. Verification of documents happened smoothly, and orientation covered everything necessary. Staff responded well whenever help was needed.

Academic: Reaching teachers is very easy because many of them live on campus. You can meet them anytime for help, and they are always ready to guide us. The faculty is experienced and encouraging, helping us grow confidence. The arrival of new teachers has also improved teaching quality.

Placement: Talking about placements, our college's record is similar to other 2G IIMs that came up between 2008 and 2012. What's cool is that every year, our placements are getting better. The average salary, and even the highest and lowest packages students get, are all going up. Also, lots of international companies visit our campus for hiring.

Campus: What stands out most to me is how attractive the campus is. It is the only IIM in the North East, which adds to its uniqueness. Facilities include projectors, microphones, and smart classrooms. Wi-Fi is free across the campus and hostel. Sports infrastructure is strong and supports many activities.

Admission: The admission sequence felt clear from the start. Applications, interview shortlisting, and document checks were all managed well. The admissions office kept sharing updates about deadlines, which made registration and orientation day easy to navigate.

Academic: A strict attendance rule requires 85 percent in each subject. There are around 7 or 8 subjects per trimester, with roughly 20 classes each. A few teachers are very good and engaging, while others struggle to hold our attention. The first year syllabus could use some changes.

Placement: For the 2020 batch, our college placements were really good. All 100% of students got placed, both for their final jobs and for internships too. The highest salary package for domestic jobs was 40 LPA, and the average package was around 18 LPA. Aditya Birla Group offered the highest stipend for internships, which was 3 LPA for two months. Most of the students from that batch got jobs in Consulting and Marketing companies.

Campus: Since the present campus is temporary, proper sports facilities and enough computer labs are missing. The good part is that everything needed is available close by. The new permanent campus is expected soon. Hostel rooms are small and shared, and the mess food is not very good.

Placement: If you're thinking about applying for a degree at IIM Shillong, it's a really good chance. Around 60-75% of students actually get into this college, which is pretty good. When it comes to placements, the average salary package here was somewhere between 11 to 25 LPA, which is quite decent. Our college also gives vocational training, which is helpful. Big companies like Ford, HDFC Bank, Google, and IBM hire from here, and you can get roles like Program Executive or Project Manager.

Campus: The university is functioning in a temporary setup right now, so some basic facilities like sports areas and a proper computer lab are missing. However, the location is convenient with everything nearby. We are shifting to a new campus soon. Hostel rooms are small with two or three students sharing, and the mess food is not very good.

Placement: Our college placements are really good, you know. We have this super active committee for placements, and they seriously put in a lot of effort. They always make sure to work hard and get the best opportunities for students. Also, they are very friendly and easy to talk to, which is something you usually dont find in other colleges.

Campus: The administration puts effort into providing good facilities, and most things we need are available. The infrastructure used to be average but is improving quickly. The new campus looks incredible and is considered one of the most beautiful in the country.

Plus, almost everyone, 100% of students, got a summer internship offer through the college's placement cell.

Campus: Hostels here are clean and hygienic, offering both mess and cleaning services. The campus covers around 120 acres and has fast internet. Smart classrooms and a modern library are available. Sports areas include courts for basketball and badminton, along with table tennis setups.

Campus: From what I have seen, IIM Shillong began in a temporary campus, but a beautiful new campus has been built with modern facilities. We hope the next batch gets to move there soon. Even the current setup has everything required. One unique highlight is that IIM Shillong is the only business school in India that organizes a Golf Cup annually, showing its focus on overall development.
