Admission: The teachers here are really helpful and easy to reach when you need them for internships and job placements. The exams are not too stressful either. I think the faculty members are great they teach us everything we need for our future jobs. We get to work on a bunch of projects each semester, which is pretty cool.
Placement: Most students here get jobs after college. The pay is good, with some getting around 1 crore and others around 5 LPA. Companies like Atlassian, Nvidia, Google, and Microsoft hire students. Most students also get internships. You can become a software or website developer here. It's pretty easy to land a job at big companies because there aren't too many students. Overall, IIT gives us a lot of opportunities.
Campus: The campus has everything you need - Wi-Fi, labs, library, canteens, medical facilities, AC classrooms, sports, and mess. They've got common rooms, study areas, Wi-Fi, vending machines, pantry, and laundry rooms. Hostel rooms come with tables, chairs, and closets. Living on this campus is a great experience because it's so beautiful.

Admission: The teachers here are really supportive. They always push us to dig deeper and don't mind us asking questions in class. Plus, they're super knowledgeable. The coursework is awesome and sets us up for the real world. The exams aren't too tough, and most people pass with flying colors.
Placement: I'm in the first batch of the new mathematics and computing branch at my college. Even though we're new, we still have good job opportunities in the IT sector. The computer science branch has a high placement rate of around 90%. We even get job offers from big companies like Google, Microsoft, and Nvidia.
Campus: The classes are in great shape and super clean. They have air conditioning for summer and heaters for winter, which is awesome. The Wi-Fi works well too. The food in the mess is tasty, and the sports facilities are really nice. Plus, all the grounds are taken care of nicely.

Admission: The teachers here are really friendly. The course structure was a bit messy, probably because I was in the covid batch. The schedule for exams kept changing, and each professor held exams on different days. Attendance rules varied depending on the teacher. Exams could be a mix of midterms, final exams, or quizzes.
Placement: I'm currently in my second year and no one from my batch has gotten a job yet. But I've seen seven seniors land internships at Google. The placements for fourth-year students are good too. IIT Mandi's NIRF ranking went up a lot last year, thanks to the high placement rate here.
Campus: The study rooms and common areas are really nice and organized. The bathrooms could be better, though. The balcony view is awesome. In the hostel, you can find all the essentials like an induction stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, iron, and washing machines (mostly on the ground floor). There's even a table tennis table in the common rooms. But only one TV actually works in all the hostels.

Admission: The teachers at our college are really great. They know their stuff and are always there to help. They teach in a way that's easy to understand. They make sure we learn practical stuff, not just theory. The exams each semester help us get better at what we're learning.
Placement: In our course, the salary package goes up to 62 LPA and starts at 10 LPA. About half of the students get placed, and there are companies like Indeed, Bharat Electronics Limited, SAP Labs, and Deloitte that come for recruitment.
Campus: The college facilities are really good. Wi-Fi works great. Classrooms and hostels have everything we need. The food in the mess and canteen is tasty. Medical help is also available when we need it.

Admission: The exams and labs here are pretty intense, but the teachers are really helpful and know their stuff. Some of them even taught abroad! They update the course every year to make sure we're ready for the industry. The semester tests are tough, aiming for a 5 CGPA to pass.
Placement: I'm stoked that almost 80% of students from our batch got placed through campus placements this year. A lot of them even snagged internships. The highest salary offered was 26 LPA for electrical engineering, while the lowest was 6 LPA. Big names like TATA and Bhel come for recruiting here. They offer roles like senior electrical engineering. Plus, we can also aim for other civil exams since it's a core branch. Cool stuff!
Campus: I really like all the stuff IIT Mandi provides. In the classrooms, they have room heaters. And in the hostels, there's Wi-Fi and LAN ports. Each floor even has a study room. The library has tons of books to help out. The hostel is pretty cool too they have fridges, microwaves, and even an iron on each floor. The food is just okay, nothing too special. But there are lots of games to play, and they even have an annual sports meet. I love that they have mountain biking too, so you can learn to ride in the mountains. It's pretty awesome!

Admission: The teachers really know their stuff and explain everything well. They're always up for clearing our doubts in doubt sessions. The courses are spot-on for CSE, with stuff like applied databases practicum. It helps us get ready for real-world challenges. Exams are tough enough to make us work hard and understand the subjects. The pass rate is around 30%, so you gotta put in the effort.
Placement: Most students in our college got jobs around 75%. The highest salary offered here is 51 lakhs for local jobs and 1.2 crores for international jobs. The average salary is 23.6 lakhs, and the lowest is 6 lakhs. Amazon and Walmart are the main companies that hire from our college. Everyone pretty much got internships this year.
Campus: The Wi-Fi here is unlimited, and it's pretty fast, around 100 Mbps. Classrooms have AC and come with projectors and computers. Labs have all the stuff you need for experiments. Hostels are nice, with three desks in each room. Food in the mess is good, and the canteen has lots of options. We have a good medical center too. The college has sports facilities like basketball, football, cricket, badminton, and tennis courts. Plus, there's a swimming pool for everyone to use.

Admission: The teachers know a lot, but they might not always help a lot. You gotta take charge of your own learning because just depending on them might not be enough. The mechanical classes were tough for us in 2021 at first, but they made it easier later on.
Placement: So, in January 2024, about half of my batch from 2020 got jobs. If you're into Mechanical Engineering, there are cool options waiting for you in big companies like General Aeronautics, Velankani Information, and Larsen and Turbo. And hey, there are even non-core jobs out there in consultancy firms if that's more your thing. Great opportunities all around!
Campus: The campus buildings are just okay. Sometimes the Wi-Fi goes out because of landslides messing up the cables. The laundry machines are usually not great. The food in the cafeteria is just okay too. But there are some good spots to grab a quick bite, like fast food, lunch, dinner, and pizza.

Placement: Almost all students found jobs after graduation. The salary usually falls between 25 to 30 LPA. Big companies like Google, Microsoft, Sprinkler, and Samsung come for recruitment.
Campus: The labs and classrooms have all the equipment you need. The hostel facilities are really nice. And the sports facilities here are pretty good too!

Admission: The professors are smart, but the teaching isn't great since it's a public college. I mostly rely on YouTube to understand stuff. They make us attend 75% of classes to sit for exams.
Placement: Everyone in our course got a job. The best salary offer was 60 LPA, the lowest was 14 LPA, and the average was 24 LPA. Punj Lloyd is the top company hiring from our course. About 70% of us got internships. You can also aim for government jobs after this course.
Campus: The college has good infrastructure. Classrooms, hostels, and the library all have fast Wi-Fi. Hostel rooms are nice and each has a table. The food in the mess isn't great, but breakfast is good. The canteen serves tasty food. Medical facilities are okay.
