Academic: Course curriculum aligns well with industry needs. Teachers are cooperative and highly knowledgeable. They provide strong academic support across branches.

Placement: Chemical Engineering placements this year were outstanding. The highest salary reached 75 LPA, the lowest was 10 LPA, and the average stayed around 20 LPA. Recruiters included Nvidia, Amazon, Flipkart, and Goldman Sachs. Nearly 30-40 students got internships, usually in SDE and consulting roles.

Campus: Food quality at IIT BHU is good, with new items daily. Hostel facilities work well, and Wi-Fi is available everywhere. Sports and medical help are available too. However, the general infrastructure looks old, classrooms are not great, and lab machines are outdated.

Admission: Seat allocation at IIT BHU moved steadily as JoSAA steps were organised and updates arrived on time while document verification and fee payment remained simple before the orientation programme.

Academic: Honestly, even though teachers are well qualified, many don't put in much effort to teach properly. Only a few explain things well. The syllabus doesn't feel very useful for real jobs. Semester exams are tough, but passing rates are decent. However, in some subjects like F.M. and H.M.T., around 25% students fail every year.

Placement: Placement numbers for my branch touched about 68% this year, slightly lower than before. Big recruiters such as Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Jaguar, Tata, and Google came. The highest salary reached 54 LPA, the average was 19 LPA, and around 7 LPA was the minimum. Campus: Infrastructure across the college feels old, so you must adjust with non-AC classrooms, though the air-conditioned library is amazing. Wi-Fi works well across campus. Most hostels aren't great except DG2. Food quality is surprisingly good, canteens run till 4 AM, medical help is available 24x7, and sports facilities are strong.

Campus: My department building is good and located closest. Hostels have CCTV, water coolers, vending machines, and a canteen. Food quality is good, and each hostel has study rooms plus common rooms with table tennis.

Admission: Overall admission into IIT BHU finished smoothly as counselling guidance was steady and campus verification plus registration remained well coordinated.

Academic: Professors are experienced and many worked at reputed organisations like NIRM and ISRO. They teach normally in class, but if you approach them individually, they share a lot of guidance and treat students warmly. They support us in academics, placements, and general problems.

Placement: Placement performance for 2024 was much stronger than in 2023 and 2022. In my branch, 62% of students were placed in the first round, with round two still ongoing. The highest on-campus package reached 35 LPA CTC, while an off-campus offer touched 1.1 crore. The average package stayed around 16 LPA and the lowest was about 8 LPA. Internship numbers, however, were low, only about 7 out of 125 students.

Campus: Department facilities include smart classrooms and fully equipped labs, though there's no AC. Hostel rooms are sized for two students, with a gym, AC reading room, common room, parlor, two canteens, and four messes. Laundry has seven paid washing machines. Washrooms get dirty even though cleaned twice daily. Animals roam the hostel often. Sports space is limited. Canteen food is great, mess food is good but repetitive.

Admission: Support at IIT BHU during physical reporting helped reduce stress as document verification worked efficiently and final onboarding instructions arrived on time.

Academic: Teaching quality is mixed; some teachers are excellent while others are average. The curriculum is relevant. Since the course is new, difficulty is hard to judge, but students must study well to secure a good CPI.
