Admission: My admission at XLRI moved smoothly because XAT went well and the GD PI rounds were handled properly, and once the offer letter came the document verification and online registration felt easy to follow with helpful support from staff.

Academic: Faculty at our college is really great for a top institute, most teachers are very experienced and supportive, they focus a lot on practical work, project guidance and making us job ready, plus they arrange many industry visits that really help us understand things better.

Placement: Placements at XLRI Jamshedpur are excellent because almost the entire batch, actually 100 percent, got placed and big companies like HUL, Uber, HCL, Accenture, Amazon, and Mondelez visited while the highest package offered was 12 LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA.

Campus: Talking about XLRI, the campus is really great with awesome facilities, we have good labs, big classrooms, a nice library and Wi-Fi everywhere, sports facilities are also there and even the hostel is super good, the mess and canteen food is healthy and very tasty so overall it feels like a very good campus with all the facilities you need.

Admission: Securing a place at XLRI felt clear since the shortlisting after XAT and the interview timings were shared on time, and the offer letter along with verification steps made the registration straightforward.

Academic: One thing I like a lot is how updated the curriculum is, they teach exactly what the industry wants and professors always connect classroom topics to internships and future jobs, especially subjects like law which become super useful in big companies like HUL or Nestle.

Placement: When it comes to jobs our college is among the best in the country as companies like Brain, McKinsey, Accenture, Strategy, P&G, HUL, and Mondelez recruit from here while Amazon, Microsoft, and Google hire for IT roles and students usually get packages between 23 LPA and 26 LPA with the highest at 50 LPA and the minimum guaranteed at 18 LPA because placements touch 100 percent.

Campus: Library at XLRI is super well stocked with almost every book an MBA student needs along with premium subscriptions like HBR and Economic Times, all classrooms have fast Wi-Fi and charging points, there are many study rooms and for sports we get a gym, football field and volleyball court, every student gets a single hostel room with wardrobe, bed, table and chair, boys and girls hostels are separate with no entry for the other gender and there is no curfew so you can study anywhere, food quality is average but non veg is served twice a week, the mess hall is spacious, mess fee per term is around Rs. 18,000 with hostel fee separate and hostel also has laundry service and many routers for fast Wi-Fi.

Admission: Entry to XLRI was manageable because the communication for XAT shortlisting and interview dates was prompt, and the staff made document verification and registration simple to complete.

Academic: Course syllabus in my college is quite good for placements, it teaches the right approach to solving problems and teachers guide us properly so we learn a lot from them.

Placement: Our college gives very strong placements where almost 100 percent of students get placed each year with the highest package around 40 LPA the lowest at 15 LPA and the average near 25 LPA and more than 200 companies visit including MBB and IB firms while internships are assured and around half of the students receive PPOs.

Campus: Weather on campus is amazing most of the time and the greenery makes the place feel very pleasant, we have all kinds of sports facilities, a top class library and smooth internet along with serious focus on academics and regular extra activities.

Admission: Movement through the XLRI admission stages felt neat since the interview and GD rounds were well arranged, and the registration was handled calmly by the verification staff.

Academic: Teachers here are well known and really strong in their subjects, they also focus on overall development, the three-term curriculum has six subjects each term and students must clear every term, many join with experience so the program works like a refresher for them.

Placement: I joined this program six months ago and after updating my LinkedIn profile I started getting connection requests from companies and the packages past students get are very high as placements are counted among the best in India and even experienced learners receive many lakhs.

Campus: Wifi on campus works well everywhere and there is a very good library with the latest journals for science and management plus students can use the tennis and basketball courts and friends who stay in the hostel say the facilities there are quite nice.

Admission: Orientation at XLRI began smoothly because the merit list, fee instructions and verification steps were communicated clearly, making registration simple.

Academic: Syllabus at XLRI is very relevant to today's companies and they update it regularly due to fast changes in business, teachers are very experienced and classes are designed so students learn from each other as well, making the teaching quality great.

Placement: Our campus attracts top firms for placements including MBB, BCG, McKinsey, Brain, Big Four, ABG, Mahindra Group, RPG, TAS, Goldman Sachs, Citibank, American Express, Edelwise, P&G, Nestle, and HUL and salary packages ranged between 21 LPA and 40 LPA with students getting roles in consulting, general management, marketing, and investment banking and both final and summer placements were 100 percent.

Campus: Food in our mess is surprisingly very good compared to normal hostel expectations, hostels are clean and hygienic and you still get a single room, the whole campus has Wi-Fi so staying connected is easy, classrooms and the library are large and air conditioned, there is an infirmary with a doctor available 24x7 and sports facilities cover games like football, badminton, cricket, snooker and table tennis.

Admission: Access to XLRI felt smooth after the shortlisting update, as the interview panel conducted the round professionally and the staff helped at every registration step.

Academic: Human Resource Management here is structured very well with top professors teaching some of the brightest students, classes are very interactive and XL is especially strong in Labour Laws, plus internship opportunities at top companies help students get fully industry ready.

Placement: What I really like about XL is how strong the placements are as the entire process gets finished in two to three days and the average salary stays between 23 and 25 LPA while the highest can reach 60 LPA and consulting firms like BCG, Bain, McKinsey, AT Kearney and FMCG firms like HUL and P&G visit often with alumni holding top roles everywhere.

Campus: Overall this college has almost every facility you can think of, with a huge library whose resources we can also access remotely, air conditioned and well equipped learning centres, Wi-Fi throughout campus and single sharing hostel rooms with all basic facilities, each floor has many washing machines and water coolers and even laundry and dry cleaning services are available inside campus.

Admission: Guidance at XLRI during the admission process stood out since the GD PI panel was professional and the verification team handled registration politely.

Academic: Many professors work in the industry too, so they know what is happening in real time and since all of them have PhDs they have very strong subject knowledge.

Placement: For summer placements nearly the entire senior batch got selected with almost 100 percent conversion and companies like BCG and Bain and Co offered roles like consultant and financial analyst just like the previous batch which also had perfect placement.

Campus: Rooms in the hostel are single which is very convenient and the overall infrastructure is strong with Wi-Fi all over campus plus LAN points in hostel rooms and classrooms, the library is excellent with around 1.5 lakh books and enough seating space for everyone to study comfortably.

Admission: Joining XLRI felt comfortable as the instructions for interviews were prompt, the merit list came on schedule and the verification team guided each registration step well.

Academic: Courses here really make us job ready because everything we study is linked to real industry requirements, teachers keep reminding us how each subject will help during summer internships and later in our full-time roles.

Placement: From my experience almost everyone got placed, literally 100 percent, and summer internships are compulsory in first year so if someone does not get a PPO they can sit for final placements where the average package in 2021 was 25 LPA and around 108 recruiters visited.

Campus: Campus is always very lively with really good sports facilities, a big comfortable library where you can find almost any book, classrooms with modern infrastructure and clean hostels where everyone gets a single room though washrooms are shared, food is just okay but the premises are cleaned regularly, problems are solved quickly and hostel life is generally good with knowledgeable and dedicated teachers and interactive classes.

Admission: The path to XLRI was simple to understand because the GD PI process after XAT was conducted neatly, and after receiving the offer letter the registration and document checking went ahead without confusion.

Academic: I chose HRM because it offers so many options, and our teachers are very experienced with many coming from top places like IIMs and IITs, they use modern teaching methods and update the syllabus every year based on new industry needs while still being very friendly and helpful.

Placement: According to what we saw, placements were quite good with around 50 companies visiting including Amazon, Flipkart, Uber, HUL, and Nestle and students got an average package of 23 LPA while the highest reached 40 LPA.

Campus: Environment on campus is really nice and the college is well equipped with everything like a recreational room, sports ground, auditorium, seminar halls, computer labs, finance labs and even medical and video conferencing facilities, hostels are very satisfying with single well furnished rooms and the mess food is top quality with both veg and non veg options.
