XLRI Delhi Placements 2025: 600 Domestic Offers & 2 International Offers

XLRI Delhi concluded its final placements for the Two-year PGDM (BM) and Two-year PGDM (HRM) programs batch 2023-25. 34.17% of the students received pre-placement offers (PPOs), highlighting their outstanding performance during Summer Internships. A total of 591 students from both campuses took part in the placement process, during which 172 recruiters extended over 600 domestic offers and 2 international offers.

During the 2024 placements, the median salary rose to INR 32.61 LPA, and the average salary offer reached INR 31.08 LPA. The average salary for the batch was INR 31.08 LPA, with the highest international offer reaching INR 1.10 CPA and the highest domestic offer at INR 75 LPA. About 41 new recruiters took part in the placement drive.

Top recruiters included international names like Accenture Strategy, American Express, Bajaj Auto, Boston Consulting Group, EY Parthenon, HUL, ITC, Kotak Mahindra Bank, PwC India, Reliance and Vector Consulting. The number of diverse opportunities and consistently rising salaries reflect XLRI Delhi’s strong reputation among recruiters across sectors.

XLRI Delhi Placements 2025 Highlights

XLRI Delhi extended pre-placement offers (PPOs) to 34.17% of the batch during 2025 placements. A total of 600 domestic and 2 international offers were made to the participating batch of 591 students.

XLRI made 498 placement offers during the 2022-24 placement drive. The batch has a total of 503 students. The median salary package reached INR 32.61 LPA, while the mean package went up to INR 31.08 LPA. Consulting, BFSI, FMCG, IT/ITES, Automobile, and E-commerce led the way as the top sectors. Big names like Accenture Strategy, American Express, Bajaj Auto, Boston Consulting Group, EY Parthenon, HUL, ITC, Kotak Mahindra Bank, PwC India, Reliance and Vector Consulting were among the top recruiters.

XLRI Delhi Placements 2024 Sector-Wise Offers

A majority of offers for the batch 2022–24 came from key sectors, including Consulting, which led with 128 offers. BFSI came in second with 75 offers, and FMCG came in third with 67 offers. A total of 42 and 38 offers were made respectively by General Management and IT/ITES.

XLRI Delhi Placements 2024 Function-Wise Offers

During the XLRI Delhi Placements 2024, the highest number of offers were made in General Management, accounting for 148 roles, followed closely by Consulting with 131 offers. Human Resources and Sales & Marketing functions also saw strong participation, receiving 70 and 67 offers respectively. Other prominent domains included Finance with 35 offers and ITES with 16 offers. Roles were also extended in Product/Category Management, Operations/Supply Chain, Strategy, and Analyst functions, though in smaller numbers.

Students have seen consistent growth in median and average packages over the years. In 2024, the median package stood at 35.92 LPA, while the average package was 31.08 LPA. Median and average packages for the 2023 placements were INR 30 LPA. For 2022 placements, both median and average packages were around INR 30 LPA. XLRI Delhi’s recent summer placement for batch (2024-2026) includes 37 new recruiters. Leading sectors were cConsulting, Finance, Sales & Marketing, General Management, Product Management, Operations, Analytics and Human Resources. The median stipend offered during the summer internship placements stood at INR 1.67 lakh per month (LPM), while the average stipend for the top 25% of the batch was INR 1.60 LPM.
