Admission: During my admission at XLRI Delhi-NCR, everything moved smoothly. The shortlisting and interview rounds were conducted properly. Information about the offer letter and registration steps was shared clearly. Staff handling document verification were very supportive, making the process stress-free.

Academic: The curriculum is academically demanding and requires strong time management. Students cover nearly 40 subjects over two years while simultaneously preparing for summer internships, final placements, case competitions, and live projects. This intense structure helps students develop strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Placement: Overall, the placement performance at the college is impressive. The average stipend for summer internships is around 1.5 Lakhs. The institute targets 100 percent placements for both internships and final roles. Almost all major companies visit XLRI, though a few are yet to open final placement roles for the Delhi campus. For the BM program, the average final package is close to 25 Lakhs per year.

Campus: Groups on campus include more than 30 committees and interest clubs covering academics and hobbies. Academic groups focus on areas like marketing, strategy, and finance. Extracurricular groups include CII Yi-Industry, Dracula for dramatics, and the sports committee, giving students options across different interests.

Admission: Applying for XLRI Delhi-NCR went smoothly overall. The application portal was easy to navigate, and interview-related communication was prompt. After selection, registration and document verification were well managed. Staff members were cooperative, making the onboarding process simple and clear.

Academic: What stands out about the PGDBM program is its holistic focus on career development. Students study all major business domains, including marketing and HR. Faculty members are highly qualified, all holding PhDs and having strong academic credentials. The student-to-faculty ratio is approximately 10:1, which ensures personalized attention. Teaching is largely case-based, and assessments are frequent, often weekly, with exams ranging from moderate to difficult.

Placement: Reputation wise, the college is known for having one of the best placement records among B schools in the country. The institute achieves 100 percent placements every year. The average final package is around 25 LPA. Summer internships take place in the first term, and the CRP is conducted in the fifth term.

Campus: Facilities on campus include spacious air-conditioned classrooms and access to a wide range of books, journals, and e-resources. Student life balances freedom with academic pressure. Sports facilities are extensive, including basketball, lawn tennis, table tennis, pool, carrom, cricket, and football. Major events like Valhalla and XL Utsav encourage participation, along with fests such as Maxi Fair, EV, TEDx, and Alcon Homecoming. Committees like Maxi, EV, Sigma, and Sportscom are also active.

Admission: Applying at XLRI Delhi-NCR felt well planned from the start. The online registration portal was easy to use, and interview schedules and merit list updates were communicated clearly. Document verification was handled efficiently, and staff supported us during final enrolment. The orientation session provided useful clarity.

Academic: The curriculum and teaching quality at XLRI Delhi NCR are on par with the Jamshedpur campus. Many senior professors from Jamshedpur travel to teach here, maintaining the same academic rigor. The demanding curriculum builds discipline and prepares students well for corporate life, while still allowing space for extracurricular engagement, making the program well balanced.

Placement: Recently, summer internship placements for the 2020 to 22 batch were conducted using the same process as Jamshedpur. Delhi campus students received strong offers across roles such as consulting, FMCG, BFSI, pharma, IT, product management, and general management. Companies like Microsoft, ITC, Mondelez, Adobe, Axis, ICICI, TAS, and ABG made offers, achieving 100 percent placements for the first Delhi batch. Final placements are expected to follow the same structure, and I am keen on sales, marketing, and GenMan roles.

Campus: Experience wise, the campus infrastructure is impressive and includes both essential and premium facilities. Everything from classrooms, seminar halls, sports areas, mess, hostels, and the management development centre is well-designed. Peer learning is strong, with guidance from batchmates, seniors, and XLRI faculty. Clubs and committees, similar to those at the Jamshedpur campus, help students gain broad exposure and experience.

Admission: From start to finish, my admission at XLRI Delhi-NCR went smoothly. The process from XAT scores to interviews and final selection was transparent. Communication regarding provisional admission and document verification was timely throughout. Registration was quick, and the orientation sessions helped a lot.

Academic: The business management program exposes students to a wide range of subjects that prepare them effectively for corporate roles. Faculty members are experienced and explain concepts clearly. The college maintains a healthy faculty-to-student ratio. Exams are conducted on schedule, but consistent effort is required to clear them successfully.

Placement: Final placements are completed very quickly, usually within two days. Students receive an average salary of around 23 Lacs each year. Summer internships are also very strong, with many FMCG companies and investment banks visiting campus for recruitment.

Campus: Activities around campus keep life engaging since there are nearly 20 committees handling various areas. The administration supports extracurriculars and sports strongly. Sports facilities are top class, and almost every sport is played here. Being part of the sports committee myself, I see how everyone is encouraged to participate and enjoy.

Admission: Overall, my admission at XLRI Delhi-NCR was very clear and structured. After the XAT results, the GD and PI rounds were conducted in an organized manner. Updates about final selection and document verification were shared on time. The online registration was smooth, and the staff helped whenever I had questions during onboarding.

Academic: The course curriculum at this college is very thoughtfully structured. During the first year, all students study common foundational subjects such as finance, marketing, and operations. In the second year, we get the flexibility to choose electives and decide our area of specialization. Exam questions are largely based on classroom teaching, and the learning approach relies heavily on case-based discussions.

Placement: Several big companies visit our college for placements, including MBB, JMPC, HUL, ITC, P and G, Microsoft, and Media.Net. The placement process happens in two phases. The first phase is for summer internships during the first term, usually around September and October. The second phase is for final placements, which take place in January and February for final year students.

Campus: College life here feels very lively because there are more than 30 committees handling co-curricular, extra-curricular, and functional work. Each committee plans activities throughout the year, so events keep happening regularly. Celebrations range from festivals like Holi and Diwali to corporate programs, Confluence, and TEDx. The sports committee is also very active and conducts inter-college tournaments where many nearby top B-schools participate.

Admission: Finally, my admission at XLRI Delhi-NCR went smoothly without issues. Interview schedules were communicated clearly, and the selection list was released on time. Staff members were supportive during document verification, making registration hassle-free. Receiving the admission offer felt quick and well coordinated.

Academic: XLRI offers BM and HR programs, and although I could not clear the HR interview, I preferred BM due to my finance background. The BM program is structured across six terms. The first three trimesters focus on core subjects like organizational behaviour, quantitative techniques, marketing, strategy, operations management, and business research. Faculty members have decades of teaching and industry experience. They rely on case-based teaching, real-world examples, and guest lectures from industry professionals. Regular quizzes and assignments ensure continuous learning and academic discipline.

Placement: Placements at XLRI are handled by a student run placement committee to ensure fairness and transparency. Summer internships begin in the first term itself, and companies across all profiles visit campus. Bain and McKinsey recruit for consulting, Axis Capital for finance, ITC and HUL for marketing, and Media.net, Walmart, and Microsoft for product management roles. XLRI continues its legacy of 100 percent placements, with the average package around 25 lakh rupees.

Campus: Culture on campus stands out because students manage most things themselves. Committees exist for sports, alumni relations, consulting, finance, marketing, operations, adventure, dance, drama, and quizzes. This gives everyone chances to explore interests or discover new ones. Ensemble Valhalla is the main annual fest, sports facilities cover many indoor and outdoor games, and the library supports research with access to numerous international journals.

Admission: Following XAT, my admission at XLRI Delhi-NCR included shortlisting and then WAT and PI rounds. Communication about schedules and requirements was always clear. The staff guided us well during document verification and registration. Receiving the offer letter was exciting, and the entire joining process felt efficient.

Academic: This course matched my long-term career goals, which is why I chose it. The subjects include finance, strategy, operations, and other core management areas. Most professors have PhDs and have published research papers and books. Several faculty members teach at both XLRI Delhi and XLRI Jamshedpur, and we also have visiting professors from top corporate organizations. Class strength is usually between 60 and 70 students per faculty member. Even during online exams conducted due to COVID, technical issues were minimal, and exams were well proctored. Evaluation follows a relative grading system, so performance is judged in comparison to peers.

Placement: During the first year, students get opportunities for summer internships, and proper final placements happen in the second year. A student elected placement committee manages the entire process. Companies such as Microsoft, Google, AccStrat, ITC, Mondelez, and JPMC recruit from campus. The highest stipend offered was 5 Lakhs, the average was around 2.2 Lakhs, and summer internships recorded 100 percent placements. I plan to work in finance or consulting after completing my degree.

Campus: Student life on campus is quite vibrant because people come from all over the country. This makes the environment diverse and energetic. The library is huge with four floors and has books for academics as well as other interests. Being a new campus, the sports facilities are also new, and sports events take place every one or two months. There are many clubs for different interests, and new ones keep forming each year, mostly run by students with faculty support. The annual fest Ensemble Valhalla happens in November along with XLRI Jamshedpur, though classes being online limited my on-campus experience so far.

Admission: Initially, my admission experience at XLRI Delhi-NCR was well managed. The online application process and interview rounds were clearly communicated. Once selected, the provisional admission letter was shared quickly. Document verification and initial registration during orientation were smooth with staff support, making the beginning comfortable.

Academic: I selected this course because it provides strong conceptual knowledge along with relevant industry exposure, which helps students stand out professionally. Each class generally has around 60 students. The faculty is highly qualified, with every professor holding at least a PhD, and their teaching quality is consistently strong.

Placement: Placements at the institute are considered very strong. All students get placed, and the salary packages are comparable to other top business schools in India. Every year, more than 100 companies come to campus, and most students aim for consulting, product management, and marketing roles.

Campus: Campus life is honestly very enjoyable with something or the other happening all the time. There are regional groups that celebrate different cultural days, which adds to the fun. Since the campus is quite new, the infrastructure is modern and feels very advanced, making everyday life comfortable.

Admission: Applying to XLRI Delhi turned out to be a well-organized experience. The application steps were simple, and interview calls and results were shared on time. Document verification went smoothly with helpful staff assistance. The onboarding process and orientation were also managed well, making joining stress-free.

Academic: At present, XLRI Delhi offers only the Business Management (BM) program. The faculty is the same high-quality team that teaches at the Jamshedpur campus. Most professors hold PhDs and have deep subject expertise. Exam questions are always aligned with what is taught in class, though the online exam format was not as effective as offline assessments.

Placement: Being part of the first batch, it is hard to comment on final placements right now. The placement team is the same as XLRI Jamshedpur, and students from the Delhi campus are included in the process. Placements at Jamshedpur have always been excellent. For summer internships, companies like Microsoft, ITC, and Mondelez participated, and XLRI maintains a record of completing 100 percent placements within two days.

Campus: Life on campus feels amazing because most activities are student-driven, including outbounds and sports events. The administration is very student-friendly and supports these initiatives well. We even managed to have offline events like prom when many colleges were still online. Our fest Ensemble Valhalla was held in March and was followed by XLRIs wet nights, which made campus life very memorable.

Admission: Joining XLRI Delhi-NCR felt well organized at every step. The admission portal was easy to use, and updates about interviews and the merit list came without delays. Staff support during document verification and registration was excellent. The journey from application to orientation was clear and systematic.

Academic: All faculty members teaching here are from XLRI Jamshedpur, ensuring high academic standards. Professor Gaurav Vallabh, now a permanent faculty member at XLRI Delhi NCR, is one of my favorite professors. The institute follows a continuous evaluation system, including quizzes, assignments, midterms, and end-term examinations.

Placement: Combined placements are conducted for both XLRI campuses together. The recent summer placement season went very well, offering students a wide range of profiles. Companies like JPMC Markets and Accenture Strategy opened applications for the campus, and these roles are rarely available at institutes such as IIM Indore, Kozhikode, or FMS.

Campus: Events happen throughout the year, making college life very lively. Major fests include MAXI Fair and Ensemble Valhalla. Along with these, committees such as Axiom and Finax organize their own events, so there is always something to look forward to.
