XLRI Delhi Admissions 2025: Courses, Fees, Eligibility & Application Process

XLRI Delhi PGDM admissions are done through the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) 2025. The institute offers full-time residential PGDM programs that are AICTE-approved and industry-oriented. XLRI programs focus on case-based learning, live projects, global exposure, and industry internships, preparing students for high-level managerial roles. Students with a valid bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for the programs. Selection to the programs is based on the XAT 2025 results. The applications are accepted online only. Candidates can access the application form by registering at the official XLRI or XAT site.

 

The XAT 2026 application form was released on 10 July, 2025, and the exam is scheduled to be held on January 4, 2026. Eligible candidates can apply exclusively online, as no offline option is available. The Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) is a university-level entrance exam conducted annually by XLRI, Jamshedpur, in computer-based (CBT) mode.

XLRI Delhi PGDM Admissions 2025

XLRI offers a two-year PGDM in Business Management and a PGDM in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Development. PGDM BM prepares students for managing business in future. This program provides an opportunity to concentrate on one or two functional areas from Economics, Environment, Society and Governance [ESG], Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, Production, Operations & Decision Sciences and Strategic Management. To fulfil the requirement of area(s) of concentration, a student must do at least five electives in that area.

 

To be eligible to apply for PGDM-BM, students must have completed a year of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline, recognised by a university or a Deemed University. Students who will complete their final examination by 12 June, 2025, may also apply. Candidates whose final exams are not completed by June 12, 2025, shall not be admitted into the Programme.

 

PGDM-IEV equips students with the skills, analytical tools, perspectives, and experiences that prepare them for careers as autonomous entrepreneurs, family business entrepreneurs, or entrepreneurs in corporate settings. To be eligible, the applicant must have a bachelor's degree from any University/Institution recognised by the Ministry of Education, GoI. Those in their final year of graduation and obtaining their certificates of completion by 31 October, 2025, may also apply. Applicants with experience in startups, businesses, or other relevant work experience will be given preference. The final admissions to the courses are provided on a rolling basis. Students are advised to apply as soon as possible, as seating availability is limited.

XLRI Delhi Application Process 2025

XLRI Delhi invites solely online applications. Students can apply online at the institute's official website. The college accepts admissions through the XAT score. Candidates can apply for XAT and XLRI from a single registration. Candidates can apply for one or more courses simultaneously. Foreign nationals/PIO & OCI/ NRI candidates can apply for all programmes through GMAT. Others have to appear for the XAT exam.

 

XAT 2026 Registration

  • XLRI Jamshedpur has released the XAT 2026 application form on July 10, 2025. Registration can only be completed online—no offline option is available.
  • To begin, candidates must first create XAT login credentials. The registration process is divided into three stages. Once logged in, applicants should complete the form with their personal, contact, and academic details.
  • Candidates must upload correct documents, including a recent photograph and signature, to avoid form rejection.
  • In case of errors, a correction window will be provided for making necessary changes.
  • The last date to submit the XAT 2026 application form is likely December 5, 2025. After submission, it is advised to download and keep a printout of the form for future reference during the admission process.
  • The registration fee for XAT 2026 is the same for all category candidates.
  • An online facility is available to submit the fee.
  • The application fee for all candidates is INR 2200.
  • Online payment gateways such as Debit Cards (Rupay/ Visa / Master Card / Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets) is available.

  • Visit the official XAT website (link provided above).
  • Click on the “Register” button on the homepage.
  • Begin registration by entering your basic details.
  • After registration, you’ll receive login credentials.
  • Use those credentials to log in to your account.
  • Complete the application form with your personal, academic, and contact details.
  • Choose your preferred XLRI programme and select any two test cities.
  • Upload the required scanned documents in the specified format.
  • Click on the “Submit” button to move to the payment section.
  • Go to the “Payment” tab and select a suitable online payment method.
  • Pay the application fee through the available gateways.
  • Review all the filled information carefully.
  • Click on “Final Submit” to complete the application process.
  • Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
