GJUST 2025 Admission

GJUST offers admissions through both merit and entrance exams. It conducts its own entrance test for various UG and PG courses and also accepts national-level exams like JEE Main and CAT for specific programs. The university provides over 50 UG and PG courses in fields like Engineering, Management, Science, and Arts, both on campus and in affiliated colleges. GJUST 2025 Application Process

1. Visit the Official Website: Open www.gjust.ac.in.
2. Click on "Apply Online": This option is available on the home page.
3. Register as a New Candidate: Enter basic details and accept the terms. Click on "New Candidate Registration."
4. Receive Login Details: After registration, a Unique ID and password will be sent to the registered mobile number.
5. Login and Complete the Form: Use the Unique ID and password to log in. Fill in the required details and upload scanned copies of the signature and photograph.
6. Pay the Application Fee:
   • ₹1000 for the General category
   • ₹250 for the Reserved category
     Payment can be made online through Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.
7. Submit the Form: After completing all steps and making the payment, submit the form.

Documents Required 

The following original documents must be presented during counselling:

• Scanned photograph and signature: A scanned image of your passport-size photograph and signature in jpg or jpeg format 
• Scanned documents: Scanned copies of your certificates, documents, or affidavits in jpg or jpeg format 
• Class 10 and Class 12 certificates: Original certificates of your Class 10 and Class 12 exams 
• Reservation certificate: If applicable, a certificate of reservation 
• Sports certificate: If claiming weightage, a sports certificate from the Department of Sports & Youth Affairs, Govt. of Haryana 
• Character certificate: A character certificate 
• Qualifying exam result: Proof of your qualifying exam result
