  • Department Library: Apart from the central library, our college also ensured that each individual department had a separate library for students focused on department specific books.   • Technology Business Incubator (TBI): Technology Business Incubator of the Government College of Engineering Kannur offers an opportunity for students to translate their ideas into reality and start-up directly from the college campus. We provide infrastructure and environment for the initiation of technology business ventures through research, design, development & training activities.
  • Placement Hall: Government College of Engineering Kannur has the placement hall with the capacity to host 125 participants so that all the placement-related activities and other official programs of GCEK could be held.
  • Gym: Considering that the students' physical fitness would play an important role, the college had decided to provide a well-equipped gymnasium for training and maintaining their physical fitness.
  • Central Computing Facility (CCF): CCF is the centralized computer center for the use of faculty and students. The campus networking and Internet facility is managed and maintained by CCF. It is the central focus for all the Institute's information technology resources. CCF offers a computing facility of more than 500 computers to online tests. This encompasses designing, setting up, and maintaining the network, software resources, facilities, and services that are IT-enabled.
  • Lab Facilities: Perceiving the significance of engineering education having practical knowledge each department in our college has its separate practical lab setups. It is well equipped with all the components, computers and essential items.
  • FABLAB: A FAB Lab is also a place of learning and innovation-a space to play, to create, to learn, to mentor and to invent. To have a Fab Lab is to be connected to a global community of learners, educators, technologists, researchers, makers and innovators-a knowledge-sharing network that covers 30 countries and 24 time zones.
  • Auditorium: The greatest plus of our college is its massive auditorium, which can seat over 1000 students. This is a place where all important events of our college happen, and here everybody gets the opportunity to express or present cultural activities.
  • Hostel: There are five hostel blocks, out of which two blocks are A and B for the boy students and the other three Blocks A, B, and C for the girl students, situated near the main campus and Boys hostels are located at a walking distance along Parassinikadavu Muthappan temple road near Parassinikadavu Snake park. Boys hostels accommodate 350 students and Girls hostels can accommodate 400 students.
