Admission to IBS Pune’s flagship MBA/PGPM program is based on a well-defined eligibility criterion and selection process.

• To apply, candidates must visit the official IBS website athttps://www.ibsindia.org and complete the online application form. The application process typically opens in July and closes by December, with admissions conducted centrally for all IBS campuses.
• For the MBA/PGPM program, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree (in any discipline) with at least 50% marks in English medium. Final year students awaiting results can also apply. A valid score in IBSAT, CAT, GMAT, NMAT by GMAC, or XAT is required for eligibility. IBSAT is the entrance test conducted by ICFAI.
• Shortlisted candidates based on entrance exam scores are invited to participate in the selection process, which includes a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) held at IBS Hyderabad. Final admission is based on the overall performance in academics, entrance test, GD, and PI.
• After selection, candidates must confirm their admission by paying the admission fee and submitting the required documents within the stipulated deadline. IBS Pune also offers merit-based scholarships and financial aid options for eligible students.
