MVJ College of Engineering, established in 1982 by the Venkatesha Education Society, is a premier autonomous engineering institution located in Bangalore. MVJCE Courses and Selection Procedure 

Undergraduate courses include B.Tech in various specializations such as Computer Science, Civil, Mechanical, and Artificial Intelligence. Postgraduate offerings encompass M.Tech in disciplines like Structural Engineering and MBA with specializations in HR, Marketing, and Finance. A minimum of 45% is needed in Class 12 with PCM/PCB/Electronics, Computer Science. This depends on selecting an entrance exam which is KCET, COMEDK or JEE Main, there then comes the counseling. Relevant undergraduate degree with at least 50% marks is the eligibility for M.Tech and MBA and they are selected based on PGCET/GATE/CAT/CMAT.

For the academic year 2025, MVJ College of Engineering, Bangalore has a well-structured process of admissions to undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Candidates have to be Class 12 passed with a minimum of 45% marks in PCM/PCB/PCE/Computer Science for B.Tech admission. There are two ways to get admission: mainly through KCET, but COMEDK UGET or JEE Main scores are also accepted for management quota seats. Candidates with a relevant UG degree in which they have at least 50% marks are considered for M.Tech and MBA programs. Based on the selection criteria, either Karnataka PGCET or national level exams like GATE M.Tech, or CAT, XAT, MAT or KMAT are the basis on which selection is done.
