AIBE (20) 2025 Examination Pattern
According to the AIBE 20 syllabus, the certification exam will have questions on 19 areas (legal). It is worth noting that various themes carry unequal weight. For example, Constitutional Law will contribute 10 questions (10% weightage), whereas Intellectual Property Law will contribute only 2 questions. This means that the applicant should not spend disproportionate time preparing for issues with minimal weightage, but rather use their preparation time wisely. The offline AIBE Exam has 100 objective-type questions. According to the updated AIBE Exam Pattern, AIBE is not an open-book exam. According to the revised exam design, applicants may bring Bare Acts without notes.
