AILET 2026 Tie-Breaking Policy
When two or more candidates score the same marks, it becomes a tie. To break this tie between two or more candidates, the authorities follow a tie-breaking method. The AILET Tie-Breaking Policy 2026 is as given below-
- If two or more candidates score the same marks in AILET 2026, preference will be given to the one with higher marks in the Logical Reasoning section.
- If marks in Logical Reasoning are also the same, the older candidate (senior in age) will be given preference.
