For M.Tech/M.E/M.Plan/M.Arch

Accepted degree programmes: B.Tech/B.Arch/B.E/B.Pharm.

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the relevant field from a recognised institute or university with a minimum qualifying mark of 50% (for general category candidates) and 45% (for reserved category candidates).
• Candidates with a master’s degree in science/arts are also eligible to apply, or candidates who have studied 10+2/10+3 + AMIE and have two years of work experience.
• Candidates qualified as AIIA (Associateship Examination of the Indian Institute of Architects) with a valid registration with the Council of Architecture are also eligible.
• GATE-qualified candidates can also apply for the examination
• Candidates appearing for the final year/semester of examination can also apply for CEETA PG
• Candidates who have pursued B.Tech in distance or weekend mode are not eligible to apply.

Steps to fill CEETA PG 2026 Application Form

CEETA PG 2026 application process involves a step-by-step online procedure, starting from registration to final submission of the form. Below listed are the steps to apply for CEETA PG 2026.

Step 1: Visit the official website - tancet.annauniv.edu or click on the direct link available on the page

Step 2: Register by entering the following details: name, email ID, mobile number, date of birth, and nativity.

Step 3: Upon successful registration, candidates will receive the login credentials. Login in using the email address and password created.

Step 4: Fill in Personal details, Education details, Examination details, Upload Candidate's Photo and Signature.

Step 5: Upload required documents, such as a recent passport-size photograph and signature

Document Specifications

• The photograph must be in JPG format of a file size between 25 kb to 50 kb, with height (300 px) and width (200 px)
• The signature must be in JPG format of file size between 10 kb to 15 kb, with height (70 px) and width (200 px)

Step 6: The candidates must confirm and submit all the details entered in the application form. Make the payment through netbanking/credit card/debit card. To know the approval status of your online registration, candidates must log in two to three days after making the payment.

• Class X mark sheet
• Class XII mark sheet or diploma (three-year certificate)
• Qualifying degree certificate
• Provisional certificate and mark sheets of all semesters or consolidated mark sheet

• Permanent community certificate in card format or electronic form if a candidate belongs to BC/BCM/MBC and DNC, SC/ST candidates belonging to Tamil Nadu
