- Click on the registration link to create a new user ID and password.
- Log in using the link sent to the registered email.

- Pay the application fee online using Credit/Debit card, Net Banking, or e-Challan.
- Upon successful payment, a confirmation page will appear, submit and initiate a digital signature.

- Upload a passport-sized photograph along with the digital signature.
